Super Training is a feature introduced in XY that was used to raise a Pokémon's EVs (effort values) anywhere at anytime. There were two main categories in ST. One being Core Training where a Pokémon's EVs could be raised using training bags and the other being Super Training Regimens which were small minigames which also raises evs.

Did you use and like using super training? Did you hate it? Which part did you like doing more, Core or Regimens?

I liked Super Training. I generally hate soccer, but for some reason, the soccer mini-game didn't turn me off. It was a good way to finish off the EV training and it was fun to challenge yourself to get the stones. I don't generally use the bags, I'm still yet to get a reset bag that I need.

Horde battles are a faster way to EV train your Pokémon, but super training made it way easier, it's a really good feature and the soccer mini games was fun to play.

I liked it a lot at first - it's an easy way to keep track of EVs and the minigames are simple enough for the first few levels. However, as time went on I realized super training was a lot more sluggish than EV training with power items and Pokerus via horses so I stopped using it. The former would take about one or two hours to fully max the EVs whereas horde battles would be 20 minutes maximum, aha. So I haven't really used it since (unless I desperately need an evolution stone).

Super training is so useful, and while it takes longer it's easier for me to keep track of the EVs.

    I FREAKING HATE IT!

Okay I don't hate Super Training on itself, but there's one thing about it that I just can't stand: Super Training is NOT suitable for left-handed people! I am left-handed myself, and I had the absolute worst time trying to play those soccer games. I had to wrap my hand around the 3DS to reach the circle pad on the other side, so I sat in the most uncomfortable positioning ever, and then try to beat a stage. No, that's not fun. I'm glad HordEV training turned out to be much better anyway, because I didn't like Super Training at all.

I never really cared for Super Training much at all. The only time I would ever pay serious attention to it was when I wanted evolution stones.

I know Super Training is slower than others ways to EV train, but it was a lot more fun to me! I loved it. It got frustrating in very late levels, but I got pretty fast at clearing levels effectively and raising EVs (even if it was still slower than regular EV training).

I used it a lot in a period until I discovered horde EV training. I still use it from time to time to finish up training and/or for getting items like evolution stones. I don't think is as fun to use as it used to be, I enjoyed it more when it was a brand new thing because it was new, now I find it kinda boring but I still use it.

I can EV train a Pokémon with Super Training in about an hour; my trick is to use an already EV trained Pokémon to get some L bags beforehand, but I do love me some Super Training ^^

The classic way of training was good for me. But when I learned about the horde training I almost cried. Many hours spended in 1 Pokémon (when I hadn't objets or pokerus and couldn't find the correct wild Pokémon) and when i learned it ...i repeat: i almost cried.
(I think that Supertraining was only for fun, as i said horde is the best thing ever)

I like super training, it allows us simple people to finally have a chance at competing in competitive! I really liked X / Y purely for the fact that they made it more accessible for the people who wanted to really play Pokémon for fun!
...Also, Pokémon Amie is the best...I'm sure that's related...
