~ Supernatural ~

I'm getting my hands on the series. I'll have the first three seasons at my disposal in maybe a week or so.

I've seen one episode so far: it was the one with a hotel where gods of various cultures all assembled and did, uh, something? It was a few years ago. At first I thought it was a television adaptation of American Gods (still waiting on that). But yeah, it seemed like good stuff when I saw it, so I'm trying to watch it more.

I'll try to post back here after I get a chance to see some episodes again.

 

I watched all Seasons and I WISH CHUCK CAN COME BACK, seeing the situation with God's Relative. Honestly everything will go to the max if he comes back, I swear.

 

Okay, so I've got some more viewing done now. I'm almost done with Season 1. Most recently was the spirit in the haunted house that took the form of people's beliefs of it, and at the end, Sam comments "I wonder how many of the monsters we've slain exist purely because people believe in them."

I pause the playback, reach over to my copy of "American Gods" by Neil Gaiman, stare Sam right in the eyes and say "All. Of. Them."

True story.

Anyhow, I'm really hyped to know what's the deal with that hot blonde chick with the dark eyes.

Spoiler: For people who haven't finished Season 1 yet

I'm like 80% convinced that she's either the daughter of or otherwise is directly connected to Satan, and I get the feeling I'll find out by the end of the season 1. Such twists in the final minutes of her two episodes so far though, I want more.

So yeah, I have seasons 1-5, and I'll be moving right along with the rest in due time.

 

I absolutely love Supernatural. The lore is so extensive and ahhhh. The thing is I couldn't keep up with the episodes. When I find the time, I'll most likely get back on the Supernatural hype train as I really do love the show. I remember when it was just starting it gave me nightmares. The first episode I ever watched of the series had to do with clowns. NIGHTMARE FUEL I tell you.
