Survey topic-- Aesthetics!

I've noticed I tend to like characters who's resting face is either a knowing smile, or a cheeky grin.

I also have a preference for warm colours like red, yellow, orange, brown, pink etc. so I like characters who wear (or are) those colours.

Other than that, characters that have an affiliation with music usually appeal to me because I can relate to them.

Well, for one a really unique clothing style always interests me. Something that's out of the ordinary in some way, even if it's only 'I wear red rather than blue,' though more extreme cases like entire 5-piece suits or lots of accesories or even a victorian dress in a more modern setting is rather interesting if it fits the character.

Another thing I personally like a lot is things like scars or birthmarks, since they add a bit of a story despite how small it might be. It could just be something as simple as 'I had a cooking acident once,' but it gives something to wonder about.

Then there's a few more simple things I just really like, like sharp eyes, asshole grins and darker coloured clothes...

- Hmm... I suppose I like character designs that have a colour palette that's easy on the eyes. Clashing colours is a big no-no for me.

- Clothing that makes sense. I know some fantasy characters have these wacky designs like Too Many Damn Belts in a lot of RPGs because they look kinda cool to some people I guess but you gotta draw a line somewhere.

- Characters whose appearances are the exact opposite of their disposition. Kinda makes me go "Huh?" sometimes. For example, maybe a scary looking dude with scars all over their face and a mean look who's actually really nice.

- I also like unique looking characters. Those that stand out form the rest, looks odd, but in a good way. Am I making any sense?
