Name: Crystal
Age: 18
Personality: Crystal is a high spirited teen that always thinks of the positive in people and Pokémon. Despite having a short fuse, she's not one to push buttons with. However, she knows when to hold back. She's one of those typical girls that worry about her appearance when it comes to guys, reasons are because of past relationships. Though there are times that she becomes quiet and in deep thought, some would say air head, others say that she's up to mischief. Most of all, she's a complete bookworm and has an artistic flare. Lastly, she has a sweet tooth.
Starter Pokémon: [3D='390'] Male Chimchar
Likes: Books, meeting new friends and Pokémon. Meeting guys. Going on new adventures as well eating plenty of sweets.
Dislikes: Rude people. Her childhood friend Damien, a complete annoying bully. Lastly, failing.
Appearance: Has melted golden eyes and long soft black hair. Her skin is soft and slightly pale. She wears a simple black t-shirt but wears a green jumper over the top. She also wears denim shorts followed by knee-length socks. As well a pair of blue trainers. Finishing it off, she wears her favourite lucky bracelet.
Back story: Crystal like normal girls grew up with married parents and immediately grew to love Pokémon. Her father was a trainer while her mother worked in contests. However, her parents love didn't last as they parted when she turned 12. Crystal chose to live with her mum and visited her dad when he was not travelling. During her younger years, she met Damien. Truth be told they were close best friends; Crystal even had a slight crush but it burned away when he began to change and was the rudest guy that she knew. Constantly they competed to be the best till when she turned 18 and he's just 19 they both agreed to start their travels to officially prove who's best. She went to see Professor Rowan and received her new companion Chimchar. As well joining her was her best friend Galaxy a small Eevee

Age: 20
Gender: Female
Personality: Hikaru always cares about Pokémon and their environment. She is outgoing and likes meeting new people and Pokémon. Hikaru always dreams of an environment where Pokémon and Trainers can live together in harmony and will do everything she can to make that happen.
Starter Pokémon: [3D='393'] Male Piplup
Likes: Trainers and Pokémon getting along well, forests, and learning more about being a trainer.
Dislikes: Trainers and Pokémon not getting along, seeing Team Glalactic, and a mean people.
Appearance: Has pale skin, blue eyes, really long blond hair, wears a purple long sleeve shirt, light blue jeans, and lavander shoes. She also has a light blue bow when her hair is in a ponytail.
Backstory: Hikaru is a trainer from the opposing team called Team Galactic. Before knowing Team Galactic, Hikaru was an abandoned child living at a foster home that had forbidden her from getting close to Pokémon. When she was around 7, she discovers Pokémon and sees how badly they've been treated by other foster kids. She tried to stick up for the Pokémon, but that ended up her getting beat up or insults and harassments by the people in charge of the forster care. When she left the foster care at the age of 18, she found out about Team Galactic and joined them to make the world a better place for Pokémon and humans. She was one of the strongest grunts in the group (almost close enough to be a commander). But after about a year, she figured out what the boss want to do with the world they currently live in. Angered by this idea, she left the team to proceed to her own path. To put the past behind her, she released her previous Pokémon she had: Golbat, Glameow, and Lopunny. She never wanted to let them go, but she also didn't want them to suffer the pain she brought to them when she was a member. Since then, she's been depressed for the past year. One day, professor Rowan discovered her and learned a little what she's been through since she didn't tell the professor about the team. Professor Rowan decided to give her an assignment to travel around the world with a Pokédex and a starter Pokémon to learn more about what the world has for her to see. By doing this, he hopes Hikaru would learn more about the world around her and how happy it is. And now, Hikaru, with her new friend a male Piplup, went on a new journey.

The rp will begin... now!

A female trainer is walking around Jubilife City with a Piplup on her shoulder. She had met Professor Rowan yesterday; and even now, she's still confused on what the professor wanted her to do. He kept mentioning about her to travel the world with the Pokédex and learn what the world has for her to see. She's already seen what the world is like! There are a lot of cruel people in this world, but she knows there are a few nice people. And besides, she already knows what her goal is: to have Pokémon and Humans live together in peace and harmony!

"Piplup?" the female soon hears her trusty water-type Pokémon say to her. She looks to her Piplup and smiles as she pets his head.

"I'm fine Piplup. I just had something on my mind, but it's not important," the female says to Piplup. She looks around and notices two routes. She should probably get some food and medicine supplies for their journey. She looks at her cash and sees she has enough for at least 5 supplies of food and 4 medicine equipment. She sees a blue roof and nods as she walks in.

 

After some time shopping, Hikaru, the female, had walked out of the Poké Mart, according to what the blue roof building says. She looks around to see what's going on around her. She then hears Piplup whine a bit and looks to see what's wrong. She then noticed her Piplup had a bruise from his previous battle with a trainer. She pets her Piplup. Sometimes, she question her partner's strategy on hiding his wound. "Alright, I'll take you to the Pokémon Center," she says to her Piplup. She soon finds a building with an orange roof and walks in. There, she sees a trainer with her Eevee heading straight to nurse joy. She smiles at the two. They seem to get a long really well. She looks to Piplup a bit and then back to the female and her Eevee so they can wait for them to be done with Nurse Joy.

 

Hikaru watched the female trainer give her Eevee and another Pokémon to Nurse Joy to probably get them checked. She then sees the trainer walk out; so, she walks to Nurse Joy and asked if she can heal Piplup's injury. She watches Nurse Joy nod and got out a potion and used it on Piplup. "Thank you Nurse Joy," she says to Nurse Joy. She then gets Piplup and starts to walk out.

"Miss!" Nurse Joy calls out to Hikaru. She notices Hikaru stopped. "Would you like a room to spend the night?" she asks.

Hikaru turns to Nurse Joy and smiles. "No thanks, I'll be fine sleeping outside. It's going to be a lovely night," she replies. She then looks to Piplup with a smile and walks out of the Pokémon Center and takes the route to the right.

Soon, it was night time and she already has a sleeping bag out. Piplup slept right next to her while curled up. She smiles to Piplup. It's reminding her of Lopunny whenever she was out in a mission. She sighs for she misses that Pokémon... But the past is in the past; it's time to move on. So, she snuggles up to her sleeping bag and watches the clear night sky through a tree until she falls asleep.

 

In the morning, Hikaru awoken at dawn. She's use to this routine: getting up, do a jog for at least 5 laps around and then sit back down to rest. Piplup is a little annoyed with this routine since it doesn't like to run much. Then again, Hikaru never asked him to join her in the jog. So, he didn't have to join. When he sees Hikaru, he looks to her while rubbing his stomach. A sign of hunger was then heard. "Alright," she says to Piplup as she gets some Pokémon Food out and feeds it to Piplup as she eats a half of an apple. Once breakfast had been served and devoured, Hikaru and Piplup began continued their journey.

 

Hikaru continues to walk with her Piplup. Eventually, they ran into some trainers along the way and wanted to battle. Her Piplup was victorious despite on a few trainers had more Pokémon. Soon, Hikaru and Piplup were about to head towards a tunnel, but then they came face to face with the same trainer and her Eevee that she saw at the Pokémon Center. "Oh! Hello there!" She says to the girl and her Eevee while smiling politely.

 

Hikaru noticed the awkward greeting the female gave out as her Eevee snuggled to the female's shoulders. She might be a new trainer or really nervous around new people... She decided to take it easy on the female. "I see you like to have a Pokémon out of a Poké Ball as well. Your Eevee is adorable," she says to the female to help create a conversation. But then, she feels like she'll only make things more awkward. So, she backed up a bit. "Um, sorry that I interrupt med your journey... I hope you have a great time with your Eevee and any other Pokémon you have... Bye," she says immediately and walks in to the tunnel quickly.

Piplup noticed Hikaru leaving quickly. He looks back to the female trainer and her Eevee and runs after Hikaru.

 

Hikaru deep breathes s bit from all the stress she felt when talking to the female trainer... Why on earth is she so nervous?.. Did that year of being all alone taking its tow on her? She sighs and smacks her head a little. She needs to get her gear together. She soon hears Piplup catching up to her. She gets down to her knees and pets Piplup. "I'm sorry Piplup. I didn't mean to run like that... I really don't know what came over me," she apologized. She sees Piplup nod while smiling. She smiles back, but stops when she hears someone walking at their direction. She hides behind a boulder with Piplup and looks to see who. It's the same female trainer and her Eevee! They soon noticed they are in a fighting position and went back to hiding. Did they hear someone else or is it them? She sat there and listens carefully to know her surroundings and know what's going on.

 

Hikaru hears a twig snapped an looked at the direction where she heard it. By the time she did, the Eevee released a shadow ball at the same direction, thankfully she sees the attack isn't aimed at her and Piplup. Who else is here? She hopes it's not someone she knows nor anyone from a group she knows.

 

Hikaru continues to watch the female trainer and the male trainer getting ready to battle. These two must have known each other. From the sound of the female's voice, she doesn't seem to get along well with the male trainer very well... She notices Piplup glaring a bit in excitement punching out his flippers a bit. She sees him about to jump in, but quickly grabs him and pulls him back behind the boulder with her before they get spotted. "No Piplup, this isn't our battle. We can't get involved," she whispers to her Piplup and watches the fight.

 

Hikaru listened to the entire conversation and is confused. What did that guy mean about the girl's sparkling gem? Well, whatever it is it's none of her business... As quietly and quickly as she can, she and Piplup left the area without trying to be spotted. Once she felt that it's free to speak, she let out a deep huge sigh of relief. She looks around as she feels Piplup tapping her arm. She smiles to the little penguin Pokémon and gives him a pat. "Don't worry Piplup, I guess I'm still a little exhausted from the panic scene from before, but I'll be fine once we get to the next city," she says to Piplup and pulls out a device and it shows her a map. "The professor said we need to head to eight cities. He said there is a gym in each of them that can tell me more about the mission he wants me to do. And according to the map, we should be close to one really soon," she says to Piplup and puts the device away. "Come on Piplup, let's get to the city before sunset," she says to her Piplup again as she walks off with her water partner on her shoulder.
