Swimming Minigames

I don't see how one could get bored of battling, since that's what Pokémon games are made up of XD

I'm not sure about a swimming mini-game. It would have to be an actual attraction, like contests or the poke-star studio.

The only problem is that the poke-star studio was required to be used at least once before you could finish the game. People hate an attraction if they're forced to take part in.

Even so, my mind's drawing a blank for what this mini-game would look like. Maybe it's just because I'm stupid. Is it because I'm stupid?

It would be awesome if they added mini-games to improve the change on finding Pokémon with better IV or a higher shiny rate. This would also increase the interest in playing these mini-games. Don't think it would work like that ...

But in general I don't think they will ad such a feature. The Contest are more of enough of a mini-game.

 

This would be interesting, though I'm not too sure on it personally. It seems kind of unlikely but since the size for OR/AS is a bigger download than X/Y was - it's possible there could be extra added stuff like this.

 

It sounds cool, but I'm not sure if they're actually going to do it. But hey, adding extra stuff to an already great game is always a good thing to do! I'm sure I'd waste a lot of time on useless little minigames xD

 

This seems like a pretty cool feature, but would probably get old fast if the minigame requires you to do something over and over again. (Pokémon Amie's minigames got boring really quickly for me)

 

A swimming minigame would certainly be interesting, but I have no clue as to how they would present it. But hey, more minigames is always fun.

 

I think it'd kinda be cool, especially with all the water Hoenn has! Not sure where it would fit in, though.

 

Minigames are always fun to pass the time with, so if they added a swimming minigame, it would certainly fit in to the hoenn region. I think the mechanics would have to be a little more interesting than "through the rings" for me to play it though.
