Taken to Labor

Name: Xarn
Gender: Male
Equipment: Light Armor, Cape, 2 Scimitars and a Bow with arrows (basically stealth equipment that will be improved as the story continues)
Pokémon: Froakie (Shiny if it is possible)
Backstory: Grow up being an abandoned child without friends, the only person that loved him was his girlfriend that was an abandoned child too . She died in a job on where they were hired to eliminate some targets, but when they were going to eliminate the last target, the opponent used his Pokémon to kill here. After this, Xarn only became a lonely and heartless bounty hunter.
Personality: Is a cold, but he still have feelings, he have no mercy with his enemies and like to eliminate enemies 1 by 1 without being noticed.

 

After finishing the work, the first person that made a reaction was Xarn. This Froakie could only think in one thing: money. Too much suffering, too much time wasted in a life without meaning and all of this to end as a bounty hunter. He didn't care about the meaning of the stones, the only thinking that was on his mind was "How much money he will earn after selling them". All of this was a plan, a simple plan to take the stones and sell them to the best buyer.

 

~~Snipe~~

"...Get Snivy-2 and Froakie-7 to do the fine work..."

"Oh great," Snipe thought to himself, "My lucky day, more work."

Snipe came and got all he could carry, sneakily slipping a few extra shards I n his pocket, "catch a nice price on the black market." He said quietly while working on the stones.
He was only in this for the money, or else he would've easily ran away from those sluggish guards, but he didn't go without a fight, but the entertainment of a few brawls between other workers was always nice to see. Snipe dreamed of getting out of this place, to go ahead with what he wanted, but he so desperately needed the money, and so he stocked up on the little shards left when extracting the stones. . Snipe noticed his "helper," a froakie named Xarn. Snipe studied him for a bit, but turned away when Xarn noticed him. Snipe thought, "I wonder if he wouldn't mind helping me out here." So Snipe began devising a plan...

 

After some minutes, Xarn looks again to Snipe thinking "I could use this guy, after all I don't have nothing to lose". Xarn thought in many ways to escape from there, it wasn't hard, the hard part was stole as many stones as possible so making a plan including the other slaves could work.

So he said: "Now I know what I will do. First I will use the Bagon with his Dragon Dance, while he increase his power the Vulpix will use Smokescreen, yeah, will be to easy with that. The second part should be attack the guards with some of my of my attacks, dealing some damage will work nice. Third, when the smokescreen ends the Bagon will earn enought power to easily defeat the guards, no problem with that. the most important part, while the Bagon attacks the guards I could use the Snivy to help me with the Stones, should work."

After planning this, Xarn talked to the Bagon and the Snivy:

-So, you want to get out of here like me? Xarn said

-Y-yes, and my name is Snipe. He answered

-I don't care about your name, if you want to get out of here is enough for me.

-It is no need to be rude with me. Snipe said

Just assure to follow my instructions and everything should work and I don't have time to be an adorable guy so lets get started. After this, Xarn teach the plan to Snipe

-You didn't answered, Will you join to the plan? Xarn looks Endrew...

 

Adter having the conversation, Snipe remembered, he knows someone in his bunkhouse that should be able to help.

"Xarn, Ya know, if they don't want to help, I know someone who might, an Aron in my bunkhouse. I know he hates it ere, may help is out."

(This is gonna be my second character, working on the character profile right now.)

"Listen, I'm my own person, so don't be expecting to be a big boss. I just wanna get out of here. I'll stick around a little bit, but once out. im gone." Snipe said firmly. He wasn't going to be bossed around by some little frog. He was going to get out of here.

"So what's it gonna be 'Bagon-4'?" Snipe said, a little mockingly.
"While you two figure it out, I'll go find Vulpix." And with that he took off to find the little fire fox.

Snipe leaped up running up and over the buildings, once spotted, he trailed the Vulpix until he was alone. He said "Hey 'Vulpix-1!" And jumped down landing in front of him.

 

The Vulpix jumps when the other Pokémon suddenly lands in front of him. He flares up a little, the hairs on the back of his neck rising.

"Hey, yes," he says a little skittishly. "But that's different from hay, which is dried grass that some might eat."

He cocks an eyebrow. "And yes, eating is important. As I've explained to the guards here, if they gave us more food to eat." He mumbles a little as he speaks, having forgotten that the other Pokémon is even there anymore. "It's a risk-benefit-reward issue. If they gave us more food, then we'd be able to produce more. But no matter how many times I tell them, they just-"

His voice is abruptly cut off when he looks up and is startled to see Snipe there. "Oh hello, were we talking?"

 

Snipe was confused as ever, as Vulpix was rambling on about food.

"Oh hello, were we talking?" Vulpix asked.

"Uh sort of.... Not about food though..." Snipe said
"Listen, a couple of us are getting a team together, for a certain job, and we could use you..." Snipe explained the plan and examined Vulpix, noticing him thinking things over.

"Just take a little time to think about it. Meet with me or Xarn the Froakie. Be sure
By first thing tomorrow. Oh, by the way, what's your name?" After getting the Pokémon's name, Snipe jumped up and disappeared in the shadows.

"I'll do a little recon," Snipe thought as running toward the guards barracks.

He looked in the skylight of the building, notixing many of the guards drinking, yelling, mostly just goofing around, not taking anything seriously. Even though half the other slaves were out walking around. He noticed the stronger ones, picked out the faster ones, and easily figured out the smarter ones.

"This will be interesting." Snipe said to himself. "I bet we could somehow cause a cave-in trapping most of the guards in."
Snipe rushed off to let Froakie know. To see what he thought.

 

"Ah yes, my name. It's Rekvar." The Vulpix mumbles, reaching down into his coat and beginning to fumble through some pockets.

"It's a family name," he continues. "I come from a long line of Rekvars. A very long line. The Rek stands for our belief in the cleansing power of fire. Fire, that's a powerful force. A force for good sometimes, as well, though it can be perverted for evil. When faced with evil, the good of one Pokémon can overcome great odds when used properly. Odd. Yes, they do call me odd sometimes, mainly when I'm talking."

"I'll think on this. Much thinking," Rekvar says, finally looking up as he pulls a card from a pocket. Only then does he realize that the Snipe is gone. "Oh dear, was I talking to myself?"

The next morning, after long consideration, Rekvar sets out to look for Xarn the Froakie to discuss options.

 

In the morning, after leaving the bed (a kind of rock that the guards call bed) Xarn started to look around "It feels like the last day on this place" he said. After saying this, he noticed the Vulpix approaching and also the other members of this new group. After receiving them, Xarn talked:

"Okay, I already know how to use this new information that you got from this place, but I must tell you...the captain will be a problem. If you know about Conkeldurr's, you will know what I mean. Even if we can cover the guards no matter if some are clever, fast or strong, we have to create a distraction for the captain, so the plan will change a little. We will do what we talked before, but Rekvar I will need something from you: Can you make a food?, I obtained some Arbok's poison a time ago, and the guards never removed that Arbok corpse (a slave that attacked the captain) so it was easy. Just assure to make this look like the guard's food, leave the rest to me but before you answer I want to know what Endrew thinks about it...."

 

~~Snipe~~

"Before I go find Xarn, I better find Tank... Where is that fool?" Snipe ran to his bunkhouse.
"Tank! What the hell are you doing old friend?" Snipe said startling the napping Pokémon, "Shouldn't you be out using that hard head of yours?"

-"What the hell are you doing Snipe!? You wanna get me in trouble?" Tank said jumping up and rattling the bed above him. "What do you want? I'm not helping you out again with your cleaning."

"No, no. Not at all. We need your strength, we've got a plan to bust outta here, and you would be perfect to help." Snipe said, patti g Tank on the head.

-""Bust out? Are you crazy? If the captain here's about this or sees it. He'll do more than kill us. You remember Arbok last week?" Tank said, then he asked confusingly, "Wait... Who's 'we?'"

"A few guys in my mining group. Xarn came up with the plan, But we needed another brute, so I mentioned your name. We're gonna go meet right now, so get your ass up." Snipe said slapping the sleepy Aron.

He then went off to find the others, after noticing everyone was their, besides Tank, he could fill him in later, he listened to the plan.

"Wait, Rekvar, think you could rig up some explosives? Or something that we could use to bring down the support beam in the guard barracks? That will give us some time with not having to deal with them, and focus more on the captain."

~~Tank~~

"Damn Snivy. I love the guy like a brother, but geez he is a handful." Tank said as Snipe left.

Tank made his way around the camp. Oh how he wish he could make it out of here. He was looking in an abandoned mine for iron to eat so he could grow when he fell through a hole and fell into one the mystic mines, as the guards saw they scooped him up and took him to the Captain, suggesting to kill him for "attempting to escape." The captain noticed he could be useful and immediately put him to work.

"F@&$ it I'm in." Tank saw Snipe and what he figured was the ragtag team scheming all this up.

"Well... What's the plan?" Tank said coming up, not even botherin to make an introduction.

 

"Explosives?" Rekvar asks, a sly little grin springing up on his lips. "Ah yes, combustibles combined with an accelerant, that would certainly get the job done." He begins digging around in his pockets again, while he looks down.

"Saltpeter is likely common in these mines and would make for an excellent start for us. Of course, my nature allows for a little help with the starting point of the blazing explosion you'd like from me. The answer, of course, is yes. Though the question hasn't been fully asked. What sort of force are we looking for? What sort of radius? Questions. Questions. Always questions to be asked. An interesting question is, in my mind, what sort of birthday present is appropriate? I mean, how really do we know this person? Do they even like cake? Because that changes everything, of course, you see.."

Rekvar trails off for a moment before he looks up and realizes that he's gone completely off topic.

"Oh yes, of course, I can arrange for an explosion."

 

Trying to put some order again, Xarn gives a review of the plan:

"So, this is what we will do. Rekvar will make the poison cheese for the captain using the Arbok's poison *gives the poison* and also will make the explosives with the ingredients that Snipe will collect. Endrew and I (Xarn) will put the explosives in the correct locations. Tank the main idea was to use your immunity to poison to distract the captain, but if you want to escape, that location is the worst, so we will use your strength for another thing. You will start a fight with Snipe in the night, making the guards change their location. With this, the effectiveness of the explosives will be better and the results too. given the fact that they will use the stair located in the central area of the mine, the effectiveness of the explosives will improve. Before the fight, Endrew and I (Xarn) will arrange to change the captain's food since we all know that he will be able to survive the explosion and even give us problems, so the best way to eliminate him will be that food. Rekvar, the most important part of the plan is yours. If we don't have the explosives, the guards will kill us and If the cheese doesn't work the captain will kill us."

Then he looks to the team and asks: "Do you agree with the plan?"

After asking, Xarn looks at Endrew that seems to have something to say...
