Lily continued to scratch her chin, wondering who would give them a Pokémon. Like before the idea came to her after thinking it over for a bit. "There's is a couple who lives next to me. They breed Pokémon. Maybe them?" Lily suggested, shrugging her shoulders.

 

Lily giggled a bit as Cassandra expressed her excitement quit loudly. Standing up, she stretched her hand out to Cassandra. "Let's go!" She exclaimed, hoping to put Cassandra a bit at ease. "They are very nice people, for sure they will give us a Pokémon!"

 

Lily half-ran, trying to get to the couple's house, without running too fast for Cassandra. Arriving to a skidding hault in front the door. Knocking three times, she waited for a few seconds until the door swung open. A woman in her late 20s opened the door and smiled at the two girls. "Hello Lily and Cassandra! What can I do for you?" Lily froze a bit, thoughts of failure flooding into her head. Gulping, she turned to Cassandra and mouthed 'help'.

 

The lady smiled warmly and sad brightly "Of course you can! That won't be a problem. We might not have the fancy starting Pokémon from the professor but we do have some nice Pokémon." The lady stepped aside to let them both in. As the lady stepped aside, Lily saw the the hustle and bustle of several Pokémon running around through the house. Eggs were stationed under lights, keeping them at excellent temperature. "Aren't they cute?" The lady said, pointing at a few Eevees and Budews playing with a ball.

 

The woman smiled and said something about getting two Pokeballs ready and some Pokémon ready that she believed were fitting for the two. Bending down next to Cassandra, she watched the multiple Pokémon jumping around them. "They are super cute. I watch them sometimes, if they need leave town for a bit." Petting a Purlion, she smiled at Cassandra. "We are almost trainers, eh?" Lily said, a bit cheerful.

 

Lily smiled and giggled a bit as the Eevee jumped on Cassandra. Petting some Budews, she heard the woman coming down from the top floor. Looking excitingly at the other Pokémon around. The woman had two Pokeballs in her hand and had another Budew on her head. "That your pick, girls. Just don't take any of the Pokémon in the kitchen. They have recently been born." Lily nodded and looked at Cassandra. "You can go first, Cassandra."

Litwick floated around the Mistralton Tower, sleeping for the day. He served as a kind of light source for people traveling in the tower.

 

Lily looked at all of the Pokémon that were running around or sleeping. One stuck out to her. A little Budew that was playing with a piece of string hanging from a chair. Lily smiled a bit and pointed at it. "I'll choose that one." It took a few moments for the Budew to realize what happened before it stubbled towards Lily. Laughing a little, she picked it up, patting it softly. Bowing to the woman, she thanked her and told her that they'll take good care of the Pokémon she gave them.

After stepping out of the house, Lily yelled cheerfully "We're a Pokémon trainers!"

 

Both Lily and the Budew squealed in excitement. Putting the Budew on her head, she looked at Cassandra and smiled. "Which way should we go? Unova has such interesting places." Scratching her chin, she looked at both directions. "It's Sommer so Undella Town would be packed..."

 

Lily sighed and walked over to a map that was posted on the bridge. Scratching her head, Lily pointed a Lacunosa Town. "How about we go there? Then just make a quick stop at Undella Town, go through Rebirth Mountain and then go to Yamaji town? I heard there's an airport there."

 

Lily smiled and looked around until she remembered something obvious. "We need to tell our families! We can't just walk off." Lily said, almost panic.
