Team Flare was so fabulous

Honestly, the only thing appealing about Team Flare was Lysandre's plan and the Grunts' personalities. Otherwise they were pretty weak and meh. And I haven't really read the XY Pokespe manga in-depth yet, so haven't formulated an opinion based on that yet I'll look forward to laughing at their ridiculousness if they return though.

 

They were pretty bland honestly. They didn't exactly have much personality and since Team Aqua and Magma are also in Gen 6, they've been completely overshadowed.

 

I'm going to straight up say that they were totally fabulous.

Aside from that, I don't think that they had much going for them. Lysandre was pretty cool, but the admins were forgettable.

 

I'm being perfectly honest, I hate them. The only interesting thing is trying to stop Lysandre, but even then, I got bored of it after awhile. I was much more interested in Team Plasma.
If Lysandre and Ghetsis were ever in a fight, however, THEN I'd be interested, only because Ghetsis would kick Lysandre's ass.
But that's just me....

 

Team Flare received a lot of hate, and I can kind of see where they're coming from. But I actually liked Team Flare quite a bit, even with their flaws. Sure, Lysandre's plan was a bit random and all over the place, but at least it was very different from the other teams in previous generations. It would've been really boring if Team Flare were an exact copy of the previous teams. And they had the whole AZ thing going on as well, which I really liked. Long story short, Team Flare was far from a great team, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit. I'm curious to see what teams we'll have in the future.

 

It was kinda weird that there was a sudden flip to have the scientists focused on rather than admins. It was cool I guess but at the same time, I still couldn't tell you their names >_>;; They had interesting designs but It doesn't matter much to me if I can't even remember their names

 

I really like Team Flare and their goal quite a lot! I thought it was neat and unique, even if I do feel like the plot could have treated them a bit better. The whole climax with Lysandre and the Ultimate Weapon felt a bit rushed, sadly. Regardless, I do like them as a whole, plus their outfits are hilarious.

 

They could've hyped their motives up a little better. I feel they didn't get enough "airtime" (so to speak. I'm hoping the sequel(s) capitalize on that. Their appearance and name is kinda cliche, but I'm trying to look past that. The best thing they have going for them right now is their theme music.

 

Team Flare is as of right now my least favorite evil organization.. I found their reasoning for doing what they did very weak, especially after how well Team Plasma was handled a generation before this. :/ Tried time and time again to adjust but it never happened. Agreeing that their battle theme was the better things going for them but otherwise I'd have loved for this team to be expanded on a little more. Lysandre was just.. he has a unique design and is hard to forget but till this day I still have no clue what he was after, feh haha.

 

Eh... Could've been worse.

I didn't quite like their theme or their goal. The only members of Team Flare I found even remotely interesting were Lysandre, Xerosic, and surprisingly, the grunt who fights you repeatedly. I'm not much a fan of the scientists' designs either. It's true that they were very different from previous teams, but I felt that they could have been brought out just a bit better.

Not to mention that the beginning to Lysandre's theme sounds just a bit too much like Satori's from Touhou.

 

I noticed the lack of diversity in this group. TOO MUCH BRIGHT RED.

Their goal didn't make much sense to me. It's like "Kill everyone who isn't fabulous."

I do think it's sad that Lysandre dies though. I wanted to ship him with Professor Sycamore.

 

The only thing I liked about them was the music TBH. Everyone except Lysandre was a complete pushover in battle. They only used 2 fire types between the entire team, which is pretty pathetic for a fire type team. And they could've done so much more with Malva and her membership of the team TBH.

 

Their style was on point. Literally, although it was obvious that Lysandre was their leader.
I didn't like the whole destroy the world for fashion and whatnot, but besides that, they were a good team.

 

I have to agree that especially compared to Team Aqua and Team Magma which both appeared in Gen 6 Team Flare is rather weak and uninteresting. I feel like they could have been writen better Lysander had an excellent plan and story line but the organization really didn't seem to care they liked the costumes. I wish we could get a fersh take on the team with more serious Grunts and Scientists to back up Lysander.

 

The scientists were fun to humiliate, The grunts were just hilarious in multiple ways. Lysandre was okay. I didn't mind them unless they caused a detour from my journey.

 

They were fabulous but not very memorable to me. Lysandre's plan was interesting though, but Team Flare as a whole was pretty eh.

Their battle music was cool though.
