Team Magikarp or Team Feebas?

Team Magikarp for me. There is something endearing about only having splash as a move.
Plus it evolves into such a strong Pokémon there after.

It's cute too! Well the magikarp form is.

 

Team Feebas rep here. While I appreciate what magikarp is trying to do, Feebas is more rare, more useful, and more socially awkward. I love it. maybe one day I'll take a feebas to master beauty rank just for the funnies of it. Then I'll let it become the glorious Milotic

Okay, Feebas is just way cooler. It's just so unique. Back when it was introduced, it was super difficult to find. It also evolves in an amazing way as well. Any Pokémon can evolve while reaching a certain level, but what Pokémon evolves by having max beauty? It's a diamond in the rough. After all, it turns into one of the most beautiful Pokémon on Earth. Plus, it has more access to different moves, so you know, it's more useful. Just saying.

 

Come on! That's like saying "hey choose between super nes and sega genisis" They're both great so why not choose both?

 

Definitely Magikarp.

Why? Welll.... Magikarp was the only useless Pokémon that has been there since the beginning. Plus You get charged an exorbitant amount of money for what seems to be a really, really crappy Pokémon. I like a challenge. While most of my friends boxed their Magikarp, I raised mine, Painstakingly may I add, till it evolved. I was the coolest kid in school... Until everyone else did it... In Gen III, which was much easier to raise it... :'(

Magikarp have the ability to jump over mountains. Which means I could bring a Magikarp into a war, make it use splash on everyone, and it ultimately will knock people's heads off, because physics defines it as such.

 

Team Feebas. I like Feebas and Milotic better.

 

I have to go with feebas because it evolves into a sexy fish

and now that i think about it milotic and gyarados are very similar being serpent-like

 

Team Feebas, honestly. Gyarados is great, but I love Milotic a lot more honestly. Plus the first time I found a Feebas, I felt so accomplished. I had spent all day in Emerald looking for them, going tile by tile, and I was so happy when I found one. It's just not the same with Magikarp.

 

I hope it is allowed for me to choose both, for they are all amazing Pokémon, and both evolve into equally unique Pokémon!

 

Mega Gyarados should also get a mention, as its form changes into its magickarp prior form evolution.
Which is pretty cool. That is, when you battle the main villain.

Like has similar traits to it.

Back in the day these buggers were hard as hell to catch and to even have one means you're incredibly lucky. I won't forget the feeling when I reeled one in in Sapphire, it's a mixture of confusion, excitement, and shock

I prefer Milotic to Gyarados anyways because you can fish for wild Gyarados in most of the games, but Milotic? You gotta put a lot more effort to own one. I myself like a challenge

 

I'm in Team Magikarp too! I don't know much about Feebas, mostly because I could never get my hands on one in Generation 4 and it never really managed to impress me in the generations afterwards. However, the internet has made me love Magikarp!
Also, its shiny form is the best

 

Team Feebas is obviously master race as it is much rarer and can actually learn TMs. Also, Milotic is an amazing and strong Pokémon that can pull off all kinds of cool strategies with moves like Mirror Coat.
