Mizuki had callef blastoise back as it wasny fast in running. "What should we do" she called backward while running
Horatio looked over his shoulder back towards the strange Tyranitar, which fortunately didn't seem to be chasing after them. "I don't really know," He admitted. He'd come into this cave to try to figure out what was going on, but this Tyranitar was just a little bit more than he could handle. Horatio's preferred method of learning things was by checking it out for himself, but since that wasn't exactly possible right now, he needed to turn to plan B. "Anybody here know of anybody in this region who might know what's going on?" Or, at the very least, somebody who knew how to figure it out. Horatio knew he should probably just leave this cave and the weirdness around it alone, but he was more intrigued than ever now. He couldn't just walk away from it now.
"The Professor would be our best bet," Iridia responded quickly. "One of us should go alert her. The rest of us need to hold off that... that thing as long as possible, not while the rest of the miners are recovering."
"Someone with a flying type should do that" Mizuki said. "And im from Kalos not here" she jumped backwards and slipped. "Ouch. These rocks are way to slipperly"
“Emolga will probably be able to help,” Theo volunteered. Knowing that Emolga knew its way around Unova, getting the letter would be a piece of cake for him. Theo quickly tore a piece of paper from his notebook and started writing a note for Professor Juniper regarding the condition of the mine, and asking for help. The Emolga let out a small cry as Theo gave him the piece of paper. “Head to Nuvema Town and look for Professor Juniper. You’ve met her before - brown hair, white lab coat, possibly inside her lab.” Theo then gave the Emolga a pat on the head as the Pokémon went on his way. Having only one Pokémon left, Theo summoned Glaceon from his Poké Ball.
"All right." Iridia gave the other boy a nod as the ground rumbled a few more times. "It's approaching the entrance - quick, attack!" The Servine narrowed her eyes, firing a bunch of seeds at the odd Tyranitar's feet - soon sprouting into thick vines surrounding it, ready to sap its health away.
“Do you know the Pokémon Kyurem?” Professor Juniper asked. Chris was greatly perplexed. “Nope, never heard of such a Pokémon.” The professor picked up a Pokédex and swiped through several times until she came across a intimidating, draconic Pokémon. “This is Kyurem, the Boundary Pokémon, a Dragon and Ice type. This legendary ice Pokémon waits for a hero to fill in the missing parts of its body with truth or ideals. It can produce ultracold air, and its body is frozen. So it seems that the sudden appearance of the Mecha Tyranitar could be explained by a special move only known by Kyurem called Glaciate. It must be a powerful move, enough to be able to transport objects across the region.” “That must be why it felt really cold,” Chris replied, putting together the pieces of the puzzle. But there was still one piece missing. “Wait... if Kyurem freezes things, then how could it have started the fire at the mines?” “I don’t believe that Kyurem could have caused the catastrophe at the mines, because, as you shrewdly realized, ice cannot start a fire. However, if Kyurem is in this equation, then I may have a possible explanation to the cause of the fires... ...Reshiram.”
Mizuki summoned blastoise again. "Can you keep us safe?" The blastoise nodded. "Everyone behind blastoise his shield. We are safe here" she called to the group. As blastoise used Hydro pump to try to stop it in his tracks
The mechanical... thing skidded back a few feet as the vines grew even larger around it. Whilst it struggled to break free and continue advancing, it managed to get through, even whilst pelted with attacks from the other Pokémon.
"I really don't think trying to fight this thing off is working very well," Horatio grabbed at Croagunk to keep it from leaping in to danger. "It's obviously stronger than us. If we want to not get killed, we're going to need a plan."
“Reshiram?! What’s that?” Chris asked a bit too loudly, startling everyone in the lab. Everyone looked at her awkwardly for a few seconds, then went back to what they were doing. Professor Juniper swiped twice to the left and a white, elegant dragon Pokémon appeared on the Pokédex screen. “This is Reshiram, the Vast White Pokémon, a Dragon and Fire type. This Pokémon sends flames into the air from its tail, burning up everything around it. Reshiram is known to help those who search for the truth, but it will destroy those who ignore the truth.” At that moment, everything seemed to click for Chris. “So Reshiram must have attacked the mines because the people ignored the truth! And if Kyurem is searching for something to fill it, and Reshiram is searching for the truth, then they should work together!” Professor Juniper smiled. “That’s right, little detective. There is a unique phenomenon that occurs when the two come into contact with an item called the DNA splicers. They will fuse together to create White Kyurem. Perhaps this can calm the dragons' rage.”
Mizuki still shelterd behind the blastoise. "Any suggestions what we can do now" she called towards rhe rest . As the Pokémon shot a hydro canon
"As the man said, we need a plan. Attacking isn't doing... well, anything at this point. Can any of you see something like a weak point? Or anything we can use to our advantage?" Iridia's Servine returned to her side after being hit with an Iron Head attack from the mech.
"It's a little hard to look for a weak point when we can only see half of it," Horatio said. They wouldn't be able to have the element of surprise on their side if they remained in front of the Tyranitar creature. "If one of our Pokémon can sneak behind it, they might be able to find a weak spot, or at least catch it off guard," If this plan didn't work, well, they could always use the Tyranitar's size to their advantage. As they said, the bigger they are, the harder they fall.
