Pokémon Anime Teaser for Pokémon the Movie (2018) released!

It was working for me haha. Anyways, I do like the trailer. Seems neat that they got a new drawing style and I am intrigued as to who that girl is!

 

I saw it earlier today. I think it looks pretty good! Ash looks like he did get a slight change of clothes though, hahaha.

 

well, i’m excited! the new art style feels a little.. weird tbh (but that’s just my opinion!) because it doesn’t feel like a very pokémon-ish art style

 

i am stunned at how cool this is

i might actually watch a Pokémon movie for once

 

From what I saw in that teaser, I'm really liking the art style as shown. Beats the Yo-kai Watch-esque style used in the Sun/Moon anime (which is fine for the Alola-specific characters, but not so great for Ash and other characters from previous generations that have appeared so far, including Misty and Brock).

 

I can't wait for the film!
Btw, I think Ash looks better without his cap.
And yes, the cap is so cool!

 

I'm very excited for this to come out! The last Pokémon movie was really good although it was a bit weird seeing new Pokémon in the movie. I'm very curious about who the new companion is and if the older companions from the previous movie will make a return to this one!

 

I absolutely adored the Pokémon 2000 movie and I hope they can make a film that is just as powerful as that one.
