What Pokémon do you think are the cutest and why? For me it's gotta be Spritzee, Snivy, Kartana, and Giratina. Spritzee because it is a tiny fluffy bird. I mean look at it! Ahhh!!! I think Snivy is adorable because of its design and personality. Idk it always looks so cute to me, especially in the anime. Kartana is probably the weirdest one to most people, but I personally think it is cute as hell. From its tiny size to its cute movements in refresh, it is no doubt one of the cutest Pokémon in my opinion. And finally, Giratina (Altered in particular) is adorable to me because it looks like a big chubby huggable caterpillar dragon, and also looks super cute in Pokémon Amie.
Rowlet and Dratini!! Rowlet happens to be a barn owl which is my favorite bird in the whole world, so I'm pretty biased. Dratini is just a cute..blue noodle.

Latias <3 (might be due to how Latias was in Heroes) Eevee (Caddy explained why I love Eevee fairly well <3) Latios (I personally like blue more than red, and Latios's protective nature is very sweet~)
My top three favs are: SYLVEON!! Spoiler: Cutie Its super CUTE and my love at first sight too. Those tentacles looks gorgeous on it and I just love her bows! Also, 'cause I like pink Pokémon. She's like my personal huggable cotton-ball!! Fennekin!! Spoiler: Cutie no. 2 This little fox is a complete fur-ball and that can be known seeing its tail. Its like many, many cotton balls have been filled in that tail. I also like it 'cause it was Serena's starter Pokémon. Flareon!! Spoiler: Cutie no. 3 Ah, eeveelutions~ this is my second fav eeveelution 'cause its cute and that big cotton ball on its head makes it look cuter~

For me, flareon is cutest one in my list. Since its my favourite Pokémon and my first eveelution, I adore it the most Second cutest Pokémon in my list oshawott, I came to like it in anime and is a cutie Third will be team rocket's meowth and I dont know but it Loooks so adorable and crazy
Cutest Pokémon? Hmm... Togepi. I mean, look at the cute lil' hatchling! I also adored how Misty's Togepi behaved, with the little baby steps.

I like most of who's been mentioned above, but Cinccino is at the very top of my list. I've rarely trained one, and I think it kind of stinks in battle, but it's such an adorable fur ball, especially in the eyes of someone who likes sweaters and scarves.
