Yep, not sorry. So, based on the recent event, we have two whole weeks to catch - and hatch - as many Easter Eggs as we can. They hatch into species that are normally somewhat hard to find anyway, and also will hatch fairly quickly - but any unhatched Eggs remaining when the event ends (on 6 April) will disappear. I've done a quick check of the Egg pictures, and I've found that there are 5 of them. They also all have shiny versions, which look the same as the normal ones, but with a faint sparkle overlay. ...That doesn't mean there are only 5 types of these new eggs, mind you. That only means that 5 pictures are being used. According to some members I have heard that the same picture is being used for multiple egg types. :::: How many do you have so far, and how many are you planning to get? Are you hatching the things you were looking forward to? Is there anything in particular you're hoping to get? Will we be able to make a tasty omelet out of all of the unused eggs when we're done? ...wait, don't answer that last one. ...I myself don't plan to be hunting for any, but I wish you all the best of luck. Share your experiences with the Easter Eggs here!
I've gotten quite a handful already, I hope to obtain them all soon. <3 While Egg Hunting I've found my first shiny, a Trapinch!
I'll probably only hatch one of each at most if even that many sine it seems like the mons in them are generally some I already have. I have gotten one of each so far that gave the message I was musing them from my collection.
I found 7 so far, three of which look the same. I managed to hatch a Larvitar with my first egg, but I already have one. If they somehow put in a trading mechanic for the catcher, I'm likely going to give that one away.
No - it's just a reference to me wanting to eat everything. ...Though if someone did throw in an omelet portion just for me later, I would be honoured.
Mmmmmm eggs.... Uh, I mean, yay, rare Pokémon! I find it funny that it's possible to hatch evolved Pokémon, apparently. I guess Mewtwo Returns with its baby Nidoqueen isn't too far off the mark after all. No idea what's actually going to come out of any of these, so that's pretty exciting, although I heard some of them might be legendaries.
Including this one, three eggs. I’m hoping they hatch into something unique, as I already have some pretty rare, or at least uncommon, mons. But at the same time there are some rarer ones I don’t really care for... we’ll see.
I did hatch one of the triangle pattern ones, then caught 3 more, so I can confirm there are at least 3 variations of that one. In the future I'll wait until I've collected them all to hatch, since one of those is probably a duplicate of the one I already hatched. Whoops. I think I've caught all of the patterns except the two-colored striped one.
(I only catch eggs that aren't in my collection, so these shouldn't be repeats! NOT saying that I have them all either!) yellow/purple stripes- 2 blue with orange and pink pattern- 2 yellow, pink, purple, blue, with yellow spots- 1 yellow, pink, green, white with pink flowers- 1 orange, red, purple, white stripes- 1
From what I've heard, There are at least 3 variations of both the triangle pattern and the purple and yellow striped pattern, although I've only caught 2 of the purple and yellow stripes so far. The rest I've only seen one of.
I was kind of hoping for these to be a surprise, but I see a lot of people talking about what they hatch into. I kind of did that too with my Rhydon though, so I guess I can really say anything about it.
save 10% on something something something I only have two eggs so far, but I love how they look! I think I'm more in it for looking at the pretty colors than the Pokémon in them, haha.
I think I'm still missing one. I heard the yellow and purple striped ones had 3 variations, but I only have 2 so far.
I'd have to agree with you here. They definitely look really nice, so I think at least for the two weeks it will be very nice to appreciate the designs. I've heard about what a few of them hatch into, and none of them appear to be anything in particular that I'm looking for, so I'm content to just admire the painting and colouration.
If they hatch into rare things, I wouldn't mind duplicates of things I already have since I am actually attempting to catch them all, including all evolutions/variants. It would be nice if there was a reward, like a trophy, for finding all of the different egg types. I might go suggest that, although I don't know if there's enough time for something like that to be added.
I'm going to try to catch as many as I can - because, I mean, why not? The eggs are pretty, I like a surprise, and the time limit gives me an incentive to post.
