Background: For as long as he can remember, he has been a demon, although he refuses to believe it. He got his scar from when another Absol attacked him when he accidentally walked into it's territory.

Appearance: She has brown hair and emerald green eyes. Her hair is tied up in a low bun. She sports a dark green loose long sleeved blouse and a pale green ankle length skirt. Accessories: A bag to keep vials of herbs and a basket to collect to herbs
Personality: Devoted, Caring and somewhat Stubborn at times. She would stay rooted to her points and is somewhat reluctant to accept other people's opinions. But she will gradually accept them, for she is as stubborn as a mule when first challenged with something conflicting her ideology. Never get started on her vegetarian habits, she would go on an hour long lecture about the benefits to become a vegetarian. Her knowledge in herbs serves her job as a herbalist. Adding to this, she had traveled to many regions in pursuit of the knowledge of herbs. Daphne speaks in an old fashioned manner, and behaves thus. Although she tries to make herself techno-savvy, she has yet to properly utilise a mobile phone (or a PokeNav/X-transciever etc)
Element: Earth. She displays the ability to have plants grow at her command, albeit it is limited to when she protects herself without the presence of her Pokémon. Using her powers would tire her for a short while after using it, be it a sudden short burst or prolonged usage.

~Nuzleaf [Grass/Dark] (M) (Nickname: Nightshade) He currently still needs a leaf stone to evolve. Contrary to popular belief about Nuzleaf's grass flutes making people uncomfortable, this was Daphne's lullaby during her travels when she was young and homesick.
~Breloom [Grass/Fighting] (M) (Nickname: Oliver) This Breloom is the hard worker of Daphne's team, always going around punching trees to drop fruit during her travels. He is deathly afraid of bird Pokémon. The fact that Tropius is his teammate had made him want to quiver in fear every time she uses aerial ace.
~Tropius [Grass/Flying] (F) (Nickname: Palme)

Badges or Ribbons: All eight badges from the Hoenn league, Sinnoh league, Kanto league and Johto league.
Background: Daphne hailed from Petalburg City in Hoenn. She had initially intended to become the next Petalburg's Gym Leader, but found herself too weak. Since young, she had loved Grass type Pokémon and saw the potential in them to be as good as other typed Pokémon, despite how many weaknesses they possess. Ten years she had spent traveling to train, catching Grass Pokémon of other regions, as well as having cultivated an interest about herbs. When she returned to Hoenn to find that Norman had taken over during the ten years she was away, she gave her dream up and worked on her passion for herbs instead. After ten years of travelling, she has returned to Hoenn to open a herb shop and settle down. But then there was the evolution stone issue she kept forgetting....as well as the thrill of an adventure...
Extra: Daphne can be a little forgetful at times. Despite the constant reminders that Nelumbo and Nightshade send her from time to time about their unevolved forms, she seemed to not pay them any mind.

Name: Alessio

Appearance: He has long-ish black hair, with bangs covering part of his face. He is a bit pale, and very slim. He often wears all red and/or black. He also has red eyes. He often goes in public barefoot due to the fact that he hates wearing shoes.

Accessories: He always wears his silver rosary that his mother gave him around his neck as a necklace, which he admires from time to time. He also carries a small bag around with him to carry all of his stuff (and sometimes Pokémon).

Personality: He usually tries to avoid people due to the fact that he fears being judged, which has happened to him in the past. He's really quite when around people he doesn't know, but he's more open around people who are kind to him. Once you get to know him, he's a very caring and considerate person.

Element: Wind

Pokémon: Blitz (Growlithe, Male), Shishi (Purrlion, Female), Kiki (Zorua, Male)

(Couple things to note, yes, he only has three Pokémon. He has them as companions rather than for battling.)

Badges or Ribbons: None

Background: He left his parent's house at the age of 16 to explore the world. All of his life, he wanted to make enough money to be able to travel other cities, but he hasn't been able to get the money yet. He lives in an apartment alone. Blitz, his first Pokémon, was given to him by his mother as a goodbye present. Later, whilst wandering through the forest, he found Shishi and Kiki, both injured and alone. He rescued the two Pokémon, taking them in as his own.

Extra: He often gets lost in thought, imagining his own worlds and ideas. He likes to write these ideas down, and maybe write a book about them one day.

Appearance: Casey is a skinny, tall redhead. He had a pale white skin, and on his right arm he as a scar resembling a plus sign. He wears a blue beanie and a blue sweatshirt, and he has blue jeans. (Much blue.0w0) His eyes are green.
Accessories: A dark green pendant aroung his neck, a gift from his older sister.
Personality: Casey is a calm, yet silent guy. He tends to stay silent and only opens up to a few people. He doesn't trust easily, but if her does, he will be loyal to the end.
Element: Water, if possible!
Team: Poseidon- Vaporeon
Brave Nature
Poseidon has been with Casey since he was a Child. He is Casey's strongest member.
Chihiro- Floette
Gentle nature
Chihiro is Casey's only other Pokémon so far. She loves to eat and cuddle.
Badges or Ribbons: not really, no.
Background: Casey is an orphan who cares deeply about his Pokémon. He and his sister had lived on the streets together, until she was brutally murdered by a gang. Ever since, Casey has had trust issues and will only trust certain people.
Extra was wondering if we could catch other Pokémon on the way? Because I was really hoping so.

Breed: Riolu
Appearance: Is a shiny Pokémon, and has a scar above her left eye, covered by a bandanna
Accessories: A red bandanna
Personality: She's extremely friendly to everyone she meets, but anger her and she'll go merciless. She has a fear of death and when confronted by it, just freezes up and does nothing. Get her mad enough and you'll meet Emerald, her 'evil' side.

Badges/Ribbons: N/A
Background: She was raised by her brother in a forest until a group of trainers came by and found them, and took him away from her. That was the first time Emerald came out, and with it she scared them away, but they still had him trapped in one of their weird spheres. After that episode, the people of the forest raised her on their own until the day she left to get stronger on her own. In memory of her brother, they erected a statue in his honor the day she left.
Extra: The only way to tell the difference between Ruby and Emerald is the fur. Emerald's is crimson, whilst Ruby's is golden like all other Riolu. The scar is a result from of the day her struggle with the trainers.

Appearance: He wears blue loose fitting jeans, has a white T-shirt with red trim, white skin, crimson eyes, orange bedhead styled hair with red highlights on the ends, yellow sneakers with black shoelaces, and a blue pendent shaped like a fireball.

Accessories: His pendent, a yellow stone like earring(Right), and a yellow fireball earring on the other ear(Left), a red satchel,

Personality: Gya is quick to get in fights, but normally he's calm and doesn't talk. When he does his tone is commonly emotionless, though he cares for his friends deeply. He will fight until his last breath if it means protecting people he cares about.

Element: Fire

Team: Ruby(My first character. She'll be making an appearance on my team.)

Badges/Ribbons: N/A (He's only starting)

Background: He was raised in Lavaridge town by Flannery's Pokémon in secret, but the herb store's owner helped keep him fed until this very day. Now he is leaving to see how people act and he wants to see how to truly live. Then he met a young Riolu wounded in the wounds , and he starts to tend to her wounds when she explains how she came there(He had Torkoal translate as it was helping him get her back to full health), and from that day on, Gya was ready to live.

Hi- you said you wre still accepting character profiles, and I already caught up on what has happened so far in the roleplay. I'm hoping for a chance to join in. I hope you don't mind, but when listing my Pokémon, I'd prefer to give their backstories and personality, even though that doesn't seem to be standard practice when looking at the other character profiles.

Character Name: Lucy Fairchild
Gender: girl
Age: 32
Race: Human
Appearance: Lucy Fairchild has light skin and brown hair and eyes. Her clothing immediately marks her occupation- her favored shirt has the message 'I heart archaeology'. Aside from that, she wears a pith hat, blue jeans, and a belt which carries various objects hooked on its loops.
Accessories: These objects hooked on her belt are a canteen for water, a compass, and various sealed containers to hold objects she has obtained on her digs. On her back is a rather large, black backpack which containes picks and chisels for her work, alongside whatever maps, textbooks, etc. she might need with her at the time.
Personality: Lucy Fairchild is both bookish and adventurous. She is often fascinated with the sort of technical jargon that bores others, and has always had a particular fascination with archaeology. Her adventurousness sometimes translates into a willingness to disregard danger- something which does not go well with her dependence on her Pokémon for protection in battle. In personal situations, she tries to be nice unless the other person has been rude first, but she can tend to be oblivious to some of the subtler elements of social interaction. Tone of voice and body language are both foreign languages to her, and she tends not to understand implications, instead needing something to be explicitly stated to understand it.

Absol (Antumbra): Antumbra the Absol was Lucy's first Pokémon. Before she had met him, whenever anybody saw him, they thought he was warning about danger. The thing was, however, even when there wasn't any danger to warn about, he still needed to take up physical space, and that's really all that he was doing. So, he was stuck having others be constantly afraid of what he represented, even when there was no danger anywhere to warn them of. This led to him leaving a rather lonely life, until he met Lucy when she was a young girl. Lucy was the first human to actually ask whether or not he was warning of danger instead of just assuming it, and was willing to play with him shortly afterwards. Things proceeded from there, and eventually he became Lucy's starter. His personality is somewhat shy, although he really does enjoy interacting with those he trusts.
Steelix (Stella): Stella the Steelix was Lucy's second Pokémon. She caught her as an Onix back when she was starting out as an archaeologist. The reason she joined Lucy was simple: she was bored, and felt that jouneying with a trainer such as Lucy would give her the opportunity to see many exciting new places. She tends to have a bit of a gruff personality, and unlike Antumbra, does not genuinely enjoy attention.
Aerodactyl/Archeops (Amber/Plume): Lucy obtained Amber the Aerodactyl and Plume the Archeops at the same time, having revived them both in the lab from fossils she dug up. When the two were young, they were friends, when they matured, they fell in love. Amber's personality is calm and authoritative, and it is obvious he is the one who makes most of the major decisions between the two of them. Plume, on the other hand, is rather flighty, and prone to become fascinated with frivolities (which Amber always indulges her in).

Badges or Ribbons: None. Lucy has never participated in serious Pokémon battling, focusing all of her attention on the pursuit of archaeology.
Background: Lucy came from Cinnabar Island, and was always fascinated by the research done by the archaeologists who visited the Research Institute there. Eventually, she went to college to study for it, and became a professsional archaeologist herself. She has explored many ruins across regions, but recently, she has come across information about an old prophecy regarding something it referred to as the 'Elements of Nature'. Though the prophecy was dismissed by other archaeologists, Lucy was intrigued, and is currently searching for more information about it.
