The Furos Chronicles, Request for Feedback

For a writing contest and for a school project I am writing a small series. I have the first book mostly done. I refer to it as a metaphorical sheep. The meat and bones are done, I just need to add the fluff. It is way to big to put in this post, even with a spoiler tag. I would appreciate feedback on it though. I won't complain if I get compliments, however I would prefer constructive criticism. Before I turn it in to the writing contest, my English teacher is grading it. So grammatical errors will be fixed. I'll also be adding a lot more details before I turn it in to the contest. I'll be putting the link to the 4th book here when i finish it. So if you want to help with the next one, then keep an eye out. I should have it here by Friday, as that's the day it's due for school. I'm writing it out of order, as on this time limit, I'm taking what I have ideas for and running with it.

This one at its worst wasn't as fun to write. At it's best though, this was FUN to write. I think this is also the most fun I've had making any battle scenes ever (I normally hate writing them, but it was semi-enjoyable this time).
