    In order to keep discussion about the project more organized over on the Discord side of things, we now have a new channel called #region-creation-project. If you're not on our Discord server, then you can find instructions on how to join here. Being on Discord is not a requirement to work on the project but is strongly recommended so that you don't end up missing out on a lot of the discussion.

    I have a pretty cool suggestion: A region based on Mexico!

    The theme could be Chaos versus Order. Or Tradition versus Innovation.

    Fun fact: Tenochtitlan, the capital of the Aztec empire, (where Mexico City stands today) was built on an island in the middle of a lake.

    Also, a lot of the Mesoamerican Gods could be interesting inspiration for legendary Pokémon!

The reason for this is because we're opening things up so that all of you can start posting your own threads for the project, with your own ideas for Pokémon, characters, locations or other ideas. Now, let's get to designing!

    This seems awesome! I was wondering if there would be any need for music as well? I know that we need artists on the job and music is my art. I am about to graduate with my first degree in music so I feel like I am qualified to take up part of this task if it is something that we want.
