How much do you value video game remakes? You know, the video games that are remade from an older system, to a more recent system, however, you're basically playing the exact same game, just in HD. Would you say, buy a game that you already own in an older system, that's coming out in a newer recent system? Maybe you would say that playing the same game in HD would seem like you're exploring an entirely different world?

What do you think? Share all thoughts if you wish~!

So when a game does get an HD remake now a days, it tends to be more than just the same game. Some HD remakes fix bugs and sometimes even add specific game elements that weren't in the original title. With WindWaker you got your nice cool Camera that you can take around with you. In halo 2 Anniversary you got yourself more weapons and vehicles that weren't in the original title either, even new cutscenes. HD remakes are better to buy on PC too since there tends to be the addition of the modding community there.

Remakes in this day and age are a bit overdone, but I will buy the remake of a said game if it is done properly, usually the nostalgic factor though. I normally never buy a remake of a game I've never played the original to, but there may come a day where that changes.

Tales of Symphonia chronicles comes to mind.
I love remakes, or something in HD or whatever for the nostalgia, but I also get new fans to the series that way. It's a lot easier when most kids have that console.

I don't mind this sort of stuff, it's pretty cool actually. Even though I still haven't finished WHD, I still love the graphics and think that it's a beautiful game. I know I would never have been able to play it if it didn't come out on the Wii U, so this is great. :)

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days, would be insane! That would blow my mind! Absolutely i want to see that happen! The short movies between days would be very very good looking!
