The Streaming Channel Thread

This is thread is under construction, but after a discussion with the staff, it will be designed so that artists and musicians can post their streaming channels here. It will be organized into different categories, so that artists are under Art, musicians under Music, etc. Meanwhile, people can post on the thread itself to notify people when they're going to stream. People will be able to quickly find the channel on the first post.
