Anyone watch it? I heard the song "Easy Street" that got popular off it and am considering starting it? Give me your reviews
Honestly, I've never been a big fan of horror, so zombie-apocalypses are usually ignored. Everyone seems to love it, though... *shrugs* Well, the only exception that I can think of is Evil Dead/Army of Darkness, but that's more of a spoof of the genre, and it does it well enough that I can laugh and not be scared of it... unlike "Scary Movie" and its ilk, which are far more asinine in their ripping-off of the horror genre and often include rather disgusting imagery.
I loved season 1 and season 3 was pretty good too. I love horror and survival stories but drama is a pretty big turn off for me - if drama is the undertone then it's fine but it seems like the show has really shifted to drama as the primary story driver with the survival/horror as the secondary idea. I really prefer the other way around. I don't have a lot of time for TV these days so I'm not sure I'll be able to get back into it.
Whenever my siblings are asleep and internet is a no-go, I watch Walking Dead. Good stuff from what I've seen so far. Only up to Season 4 right now, so no spoils plz.
