The world of Lake Valor

As soon as the Haxorus wake up, Dusk was waiting for the Haxorus said "Thank you" but instead it got surprised and started to give orders, the parents of this Haxorus didn't tell to their son how to said "Thank you"? how rude that was Dusk was now thinking.

"Im staying here to help too i have great potential in battles and also i have a special move against dragon type" Dusk replied and also remembering the special TM he find in a ship when he was travelling to Sinnoh.

"And also we're a big group against one, so the chance of winning is pretty easy" Dusk finished as he was preparing mentally for the battle and also how a Garchomp looks like.

 

Gold had been dozing off in the trees when she heard yelling from the shoreline. "DRAGONS?" Gold flew out of the trees. "I might be of use!" she flew down to the other Pokémon. "I'll help if that's okay. Dragons can't hurt me too bad so it's all right! Dragons are no problem!" Gold didn't know what came over her but she was determined to prove that she didn't have to be lonely. She had the sky, but she could have more than that. Pokémon from all over the world had gathered to Lake Valor. There had to be a reason for this. A group to defeat Garchomp? Easily said than done. "So where do we start?" Gold said beaming.

 

Wake stepped back slightly in unease as the roar resounded through the trees and across the water. Oh, that's not good. Wake thought. It sounds closer than I thought. And angrier. Wake nearly stepped back again before realizing that Snow had hidden behind her, trembling like a leaf. Before she could move, however, the amura seemed to take on new courage, stepping out from behind her and putting on a brave expression.

Wake was momentarily stunned. Here she was, blanching in fear when this little Pokémon was showing more bravery than she was! Her look changed from unsure to determined, and she took a step forwards to the sound of the roar. Wake narrowed her eyes. I won't let everyone down now.

"Where do you think that Garchomp is coming from?" Wake asked the Flygon. "We need to be as prepared as we can get when it ends up here."

 

Zeke looked thoughtful, eyes staring at the ground momentarily. The roar had initially startled him as well, so now the Flygon had to think back and get an answer. "It sounded like it came from..." Glancing up at the sky briefly to get an idea of the time of day, and through that possible directions. "The east." He pointed with a claw in the appropriate direction, which happen to be across the lake. "So, now we just need to come up with groups. Who is going with whom, and who will do what?" As if recalling something then, the Pokémon blinked and glanced down at the Amaura again. "Snow, was it? You said you had friends that could help. Do you know where they are now?"

I personally want to get back at that Garchomp so I'll definitely be on the attack team. Zeke though, the anger rekindling in the dragon's eyes then as he stood taller.

 

While everybody was talking Axel was setting up Dragon Dance after Dragon Dance until he felt stronger than he'd ever been. "If you guys have any moves that will raise your stats use them now." he said. "Sorry if I sound bossy but I spent my whole life fighting Dragons and I know how to deal with them." The he looked across the lake. "Preafuro has sent a challenge, stating his name and business." Axel said. "I'm gonna send another one back. I suggest you guys back up."

Then Axel lifted his head up and let out a roar that shook the sky. His roar rivaled that of Preafuro and destroyed the other half of Lake Valor. Then he sent Earthquake after Earthquakes towards Preafuro's position shaking the foundation of the lake to its core.

"It pains me to say this-" he said after finishing his challenge. "-but a Garchomp would usually beat a Haxorus in a fight. So I need your help to defeat him." So anybody got any moves that can help?"

 

Wake stood in silence for what felt like an eternity, before she simply cradled her head in her wings and let out a great sigh. "Oookay," She began in deadpan, "I know that destroying half of the lake was absolutely crucial to what you just did, but why was destroying half of the lake crucial to what you just did?" After another moment of surveying the damage to her favorite spot in the region, she just shook her head.

"Nevermind. I've certainly got a few moves that could be helpful, I don't think he'll soon forget an ice beam to the face, or a powerful surf."

 

Gold hovered in the air questioning why the Haxorus destroyed half the lake, and she was just stunned.
After waiting for the gallant Wake to speak...
"It won't take a ice beam or surf well. I'm pretty sure surviving a dazzling gleam would hurt too." Gold said confidently.
With a large grin, she continued.
"Just make sure you guys cover your eyes. You guys could get hurt from it too. It's pretty lethal. Anyways, let's keep going everyone!"

 

Dusk was thinking to much that he missed what his friends were talking, but still heard part of their plan for the Garchomp.

"Hey guys i have learned a move time ago called Dazzling Gleam i heard this attack was effective against dragon types, also i can raise my potential with my special move, so that Garchomp won't be hard to defeat!" Dusk replied happily, beating that Garchomp wasn't going to be hard.

While he kept thinking he could felt the presence of the Garchomp far away from them and it wasn't a nice presence.

 

"Ooops.",Axel said."Maybe destroying the other half of your home isn't the best idea. Sorry." "Now I know you guys want to fight." Axel said. "But I want you guys to run. I know you have ways to deal with him but he has ways to deal with you to. And I don't want you guys getting hit with an Earthquake or a Stone Edge or a Fire Blast.This is my fight and I'll fight it myself.

 

With that said, Zeke could no longer hold his tongue and whirled to face the Haxorus with a glare. "They are involved, thanks to you angering that Garchomp! You nearly destroyed their home with your recklessness just now, and if we all don't fight that Pokémon, the whole forest is in danger! What part of that don't you understand!? So you don't get to tell them, or me, that we should leave. Preafuro knocked me out of the sky, so I am going to fight back, like it or not I really don't care. You should be lucky we're not going after you for starting this whole mess!" With an angry snort the Flygon turned back around, restraining himself from lashing out at the nearby trees. The area didn't need to be any more destroyed than it already was.

After a few deep breaths away from the group, and a little pacing, the Flygon calmed down enough to think more clearly. "Okay, if everyone is ready and willing we should go before that Garchomp gets any closer. I'll be one attack team. Who will start another, and who wants to go with me?"

 

"I'll head a team, if no-one minds." Wake growled. "An attack team. This is twice you've tried to underestimate me, dragon, and I'm getting annoyed. I've fought much more than dragons in my life, and with a group this big now I think we can all handle it. Weren't you just asking for help anyways? With my resistances, I can take most of his attacks."

Wake clenched her claws, her wings seeming to take on a metal sheen. Her eyes narrowed dangerously. "If you don't think we can handle it, maybe you should step back."

Inside, she was seething with rage. How dare he insinuate I'm not strong enough. How dare he question my very pride!

 

After seeing the expression on Wake'sand Zeke's face Axel was stunned. He only wanted them to be safe. Yes he angered the Garchomp so it's responsibility to deal with it.
"I see that my presence is not wanted here. Fine. I shall leave and let you deal with this."
Axel turned around and walked to the edge of the forest. He entered the forest and under the cover of the trees he watched the group. He might not be with them anymore but he's still going to deal with his problem. Then Axel started running around the lake into the direction of the Garchomp. He'll deal with this. He won't let them get hurt.

 

In the cover of the forest, a pair of eyes glowed. Strange, glowing tentacles wrapped themselves around a few nearby trees, their bark cracking at the odd power. A malamar, its beak twisted into a crooked smile, watched the group of Pokémon by the lake, one of which had just run off on its own.

"Foolish." He mumbled to himself. "There is a dangerous dragon in this forest. I'm sure he's well prepared for it though, all of those Pokémon must be boosting themselves up for battle too."

He held up one of his tentacles before his eyes, the air around it distorting in strange, twisting, confusing ways.

"It would be just terrible if they all became a little topsy-turvey, eh?" He growled, his smile growing. "Might not be able to hurt a fly. That would be just dreadful indeed."

Soundlessly, he moved through the shadows.

 

Wake barely had time to register what had happened before the giant Garchomp was on a full rampage, nearly chomping up Snow and lashing out at full strength.

Her eyes narrowed. Forget a wounded pride, I won't stand a wounded friend!

She lunged forwards at the Garchomp, the air snap freezing around her as she let loose an ice beam at full force at the great dragon's side, using her momentum to prepare a strong Metal Claw.

 

Dusk watched with horror how the "Garchomp" tried to hurt Snow, but luckily Sue was fast to help Snow.

From the psychic view of Dusk, that Garchomp only want to hurt everyone especially the Flygon and Haxorus.

"You should really go back from where you come!" Dusk screamed at the Garchomp. Dusk was starting to increase it power with Calm Mind, but as he was increasing he couldn't help but feel something strange in the environment.

 

Gold was up in the sky. She had been frighten by the appearance of the Garchomp, who immediately attacked Snow. The sounds of screams from the wild Pokémon who lived in the Lake echoed all over the place. She hated it. She never really liked fighting that brought pain. The sight of Wake clawing away at the Garchomp made her nervous. The garchomp seemed like it wasn't taking much damage and it's face seemed to get angrier.
"Where is Axel? If he wanted to fight the Garchomp, this was his chance! I'm going to find him and bring him back. He brought this thing, and he needs to help take responsibility!" She yelled at the top of her lungs before flying at extreme speed away from the fight.
