Pokémon Anime The Writers’ Own Thoughts on Pokémon on Fitness for Ash's Party/Rotation, Besides Pikachu

From Butterfree to Dracovish and all their previous unevolved/middle-evolved stage that they had middle- and fully-evolved from already, including Larvitar and Nebby, nickname of Solgaleo, for both his former official bonded-only Pokémon that he had never officially caught, does anybody know the writers' own thought on Ash's current and former official trained Pokémon from throughout his own entire Pokémon original main TV anime history, including by fitness for the Pokémon main TV anime storyline and/or for his party, bond and rotation for various reasons? These do not include Pikachu for his only one that he has right now on hand, not even a Gentleman's Raticate or Sabrina's Haunter for his temporarily Trained Pokémon, and not even for all their painfully deteriorating devolved and reverted egg states from the Pokémon Journeys anime episodes, Showdown at the Gates of Warp! either.
