Hi there!! I am not sure if there is a way to teach your electrode sucker punch... :/ But you can get Electrode with it's hidden ability in a Friend Safari. You can look for someone who has a that kind of friend safari in the Friend Safari forum. ^^;

 

Well, you can't really breed voltorb any moves.

 

It doesn't look like there is one without Pokegenning. Electrode only learns Sucker Punch via move tutor in Generation IV, specifically in Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver. Hidden Abilities didn't start until Generation V with the Black and White games and their sequels, and since Electrode and Voltorb are genderless they can't learn egg moves or pass on their Hidden ability by breeding.

Sorry, but there is no way to get a legit Electrode with Aftermath and Sucker Punch.
