There are these really horrible and uneeded pictures on the web! There's one where a man (drawing by the way) is being hung on the wall and his guts have been ripped out

Half the stuff on 4chan's /b/ board needs some sort of warning. I don't browse 4chan...ever, but I've been on there a few times. Disgusting stuff, really. Not for the faint of heart. I typically think I'm rather good at handling stuff, but this one thing really got to me.

(Trigger warning for animal violence and violence in general. Not sure if necessary but, this was absolutely brutal.)

I saw a .gif of someone ripping a dog's spine out. Honestly sickening. It makes me shudder and squicks me to think back on it. Not to mention, that someone would be able to do something like that. I don't understand, and it's something that still scares me to this day.

That's probably of the worst things I've seen, but there's more. It's the internet, after all.

 

What I don't like is unexpected pictures of people's naughty bits. I mean if I'm expecting it then it's all cool. But if it's just out of the blue, then I'm like "Whoa, no, not here, not now!". I mean what if I'm trying to show someone something completely cool and innocent on my computer. Then it's suddenly "Oh, hey, someone's random naughty bits. This is awkward."

A few days ago I posted a picture as a reference for one of Ravenide's sprite drawing, and in TinyPic's little "related" or "you might like" was a male genitalia picture (which was NOT related and which I did NOT like. Also, not one I would want the world to see if it was mine, but to each their own). I planned on simply posting a link to the picture, but because that might show up on other people's screens if they clicked the link, I ended up having to embed the roughly 800x1000 picture directly into a forum post.

 

Usually, I don't ever run into pictures that I dislike or that make me uncomfortable; all of my friends seem to assume that I'd be bothered by NSFW content when I actually don't mind all that much. Only on really rare occasions have I come across something that's bothered me in some way or another. [Body parts/mild gore mention tw]:

Case in point, either drawings, animations, or photography of boob/breast festishes. Especially piercings, secretions, nipples, etc. And while I'm not sensitive about gore usually, I'm not a huge fan of body horrors or mutilations for sexual pleasure.

I'm pretty tolerant of people's fetishes otherwise, besides really uncomfortable or painful ones. More innocent ones, though, I don't mind at all! Everyone has something "weird" they like, so I could totally understand. I've always thought that the main reason people draw these kinds of things is just to appeal to their own personal fetishes/kinks, or maybe even cater to an entire audience of others who might like the same thing(s). Or sometimes, just for the sake of making some money when others commission them to draw these things.

 

I was just wondering about why do some people like to draw (specially female characters) like giant fat balls ? But I mean in a VERY excessive way, I just don't get it o.o. I end up seeing them everywhere lol
And then there's just the typical weird fetiche stuff I can't comment about ... X D Well everyone has their own taste~

 

Blood I have no problem with. But with gore... hudder: I also don't like nude pictures or naughty bits at all.
