Things you miss from X/Y

I miss the straight daycare path. I guess the Battle Resort daycare in OR/AS is a good alternative but it's just not the same to keep circling around the island... feh. That and character customization since I want to play as myself not May, oh my gosh. I wish Pokémon would stop adding good features that players adore and removing them in later games - it's getting ridiculous already.

 

I miss the player customization. It was a small thing that I could cope without, but it made me feel more like I was playing as myself, and not a character created by Game Freak (such as Brendan and May). Apart from the old Dowsing machine in XY, I don't really miss anything else in ORAS.

 

I miss the character customization a whole ton. I feel like it would be cool to at least change the color of our outfits or something because when everybody looks the same... it just isn't the same.

 

I do miss character customization and the restaurants in Lumiose, but honestly, I prefer ORAS as a whole despite that. I do with that Brendan and May at least got a couple different outfits to choose from, but I don't mind that much.

 

Apart from the obvious character customization, I don't think that there's anything that I really miss, maybe the roller skates, but that's about it xD

 

As with everyone else, I will also say the Character Customization. I was an big step for GameFreak, a true innovation and addition to the series which let you make your own identity not be stuck into the look of the main character. I also miss the Roller-Skates over the Running Shoes, I just like the way you glide a long when you wear them.

 

Trainer customization, Friend Safari, easier money grinding, less HMs, and probably other things that aren't crossing my mind. Both X/Y and OR/AS share a lot of the same similarities.

 

Although everyone said it already, I'm going to say Customization. I wanted to decorate May, and fancy her up~
I think this because it was the biggest upgrade that X and Y had given us. We could create our very own trainer, with their own outfit, and even hair styles could be customized~
I hope the next Pokémon game has customization.

 

I miss being able to change my character's clothing! I get that for the nostalgia they wanted to keep the designs as May and Brendan, which is fine. But I think being able to change the outfits would've been just fine! Maybe just different color schemes or something of the outfit they are wearing. I dunno, I'm just fond of customization!
