Time and money are largely coveted things, but out of the two, which one would you want more of?

I would have to say that I would want time more. With such little time I have to rest, recover and enjoy myself, I feel that having more time will allow me to be myself more, to do more of the things I love. And despite the fact that having money can allow you to get all the awesome figures, collectables or gear for yourself, what use is money if you don't have the time to spend it?

Money, then I could pay people to do the stuff that's taking up my time and then I'd have both ;)

Likewise, you could get time to make extra money and have both again xD

I'd pick time though. Time translates to friends, to family, and to hobbies. Especially right now I never have enough time to keep up on all the hobbies I'd love to have.

Money, easily, cause paying bills and taxes are exhausting. Plus I already make time for what I want to do.

Honestly, I'd have time over money. For one, it's my opinion that money =/= security. True, having loads of money means you can buy more so on so on, but it also links to stress. The more money you have, the more that can be lost, the more you worry of losing all that money. What good is money if it's just going to make you feel like that?

No, in my opinion time is more important, more valuable. If we had more time, we'd be less stressed, because that means more time for the important things, more time to work on something like work, or spend time enjoying yourself such as with family, or with a good game. And if you really need more money, just use that time to earn the extra cash.

And even if you didn't get stressed by all that money, even if you didn't get worried of losing it all, more time is better in the long run. Cash only has one purpose, but time allows you many different things. I mean take debts or stuff like that into account: with more time, the interest from a debt would stack up much less due to it taking longer to stack up. Now, you could argue that more money would fix that, but then boom: you've thrown out a lot of money, in the blink of an eye. At least more time would have better lasting benefits.

That said, this is coming from a guy who doesn't desire money. As in, sure, it's useful, but I don't have this unnecessary love for it or anything. It's not like it's hard living on low funds, you can easily get by and still enjoy yourself on low funds because in the end, it's just stuff, just things. There's plenty other alternatives to it all!

It's time to be generic by saying that I'd pick money over time, because you can buy time with money. If I had enough money there would be a lot of things I could do that I can't do right now, and that would a lot of fun. I could afford to do expensive hobbies, not have a job, and have my own house if I had enough money. Also, I could pay people to do the stuff that I don't want to do like cooking, cleaning, maintenance, etc.

Undoubtedly I would choose time, as I never have enough of it. So many people I know want to use my time for something or other, and every minute I use for that person is a minute I cannot use for someone else. Admittedly there is time I would much rather spend doing things I want, or feel that are more productive, but for the sake of my friends, I will oblige their requests.

This. You can buy your own early retirement. Instead of spending 40 hours per week during 40 years of your adult life at work (plus doing non-employment work like house keeping and home repairs), you can give yourself all that extra time to do whatever you want. Learn a skill, take up a hobby, visit a place. The world is your Cloyster when you don't have prior obligations 5/7 days of the week.
