Ever wanted to revisit your childhood cartoons just like they were on TV? Do you miss shows like The Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Ahh! Real Monsters, and the Rugrats? Well there's two websites for you!

I prefer to use Toonami Aftermath --> http://www.toonamiaftermath.com/

Toonami Aftermath has cartoons from Cartoon Network and Toonami prior to the 2010's and even back to the 70's and 80's. Shows like Thundercats, Ranma 1/2, Gundam, The Tick, Digimon, Pokémon and Dragon Ball Z are here, along with much much more.

Nick Reboot has the same thing, except more Nickelodeon-Oriented --> http://www.nickreboot.com

Shows from the 90's Nickelodeon era stream here. Stuff like Ren and Stimpy, All That, Animorphs, Catdog, Inspector Gadget, and more.

Both of these stream cartoons for free over the internet via Twitch (I think). Both have friendly chats with fellow 90's kids complete with moderators, rules, and even a forum.

    What do you think?

Hmm. I'm getting an awful whiff of piracy emanating from both of those sites.

I'm sure it's legal. They're not making any money off those shows anyways. You download nothing, it's all free and online, so I don't see a problem with it.

Still. Are they Nickelodeon? Are they the folks who own Toonami? (Was it Cartoon Network?) What happens when someone uploads an episode of Danny Phantom to Youtube? Answer, it gets nuked straight away and your account gets a strike because it's an infringement of copyright. They might run their own site(s) and stress that they're not out to make a profit, but I can't see said activity being considered legal.

I found an interview with the creator of Toonami Aftermath--> http://howdoyoukillatornado.blogspot.com/2011/06/toonami-aftermath-interview.html

    In it he says this:

He knows what he's doing, and he has been contacted before. They're still up though, so there might not be as many problems as you think. Dunno about Nick Reboot though. I'll do more research on it.

Well, be that as it may, I say best of luck to him with trying to dodge takedown requests.

Hopefully they have more luck than people who try to make Hasbro related content. :/ It's good that the ban-hammer hasn't fallen on them yet. I'll have to go and rewatch a few episodes of Danny Phantom and My Life as a Teenage Robot now! :)
