    Unlike digital art only having one particular medium, traditional art can be done countless different ways, ranging from pencils, to brushes, markers, oils... The list goes on! What is your favorite medium and why? What do you normally create with that medium? Do you color with it too?

    I love painting with various paints! So many color combinations and it really is free. There's just something calming about running your brushes across a canvas or paper, that really makes you happy.

    Mainly I like just plain pencil and paper, colored pencils, sometimes markers if I feel the urge to used them. Though I have used soft pastels and liked them as well.

    I honestly like working with pastels a lot, they're surprisingly fun. Besides that though, I enjoy regular pencil drawings, as well as ink-and-marker drawings, along with colored pencil. I've messed around with all of those in the past, and they're all really fun! I just don't have the money right now to buy more materials like those, sadly.

    I don't really have a big diverse skill and knowledge of traditional art mediums besides pencils, tried soft pastels but it was for me really hard and messy, same as with charcoal, I just can't. x D So simply pencils. : 3

    @[member="ConfettiCat"] Gotta love pencils! The only traditional art I do nowadays is with pencils. ;_; I'd love to try oil pastels though. What's your favorite piece you've made with just pencil?

    I really like oil pastels I feel like I can do a lot with them even though I'm not always sure what I'm doing.

    I'm not very experimental with traditional mediums, mostly because I know I'll probably end up losing interest and wasting money;; I usually just go with a pen and paper, sometimes pencils and coloured pencils. I really hate the smudging you get from pencils though :s
    II used to use copic markers a lot and they were awesome, I ended up giving them all to a friend though. There's no way I'd be able to put together a sizable collection again, they're super expensive;;;;
