In ORAS, one of the Day Cares is located to the left of Mauville City after you've defeated the Elite Four, you gain access to the Battle Resort... where a second Day Care is located! How convenient! Twice the breeding, twice forgetting about taking out your Pokémon right before you decide to reset your game... oops.
What Daycare do you use most of the time? Why? Tell us here!

I don't usually use ORAS for breeding, since most of my Pokémon are in X as of now. When I do though I prefer the one on the battle resort, since it is a full circle. It's conveniently near the move tutors, and forms a one button circle as well as staying near the daycare itself.

Oh yeah, there's two daycares in this game. I never use the one by Mauville so I completely forgot about it. The one at the Battle Resort is just so much more convenient for breeding because it's a giant circle. However, I don't know why they decided to put sand along the island...

I always forget about the Mauville one lmao. I had a Pokémon in a love ball stored there, and when I went looking for it in my boxes I thought I lost it somehow. Nope. It was in the Mauville Daycare lol.

The Battle Resort daycare is more convenient because there's no danger of entering a different area and interrupting the smooth flow. Except for the sand, of course.

Personally I prefer going to the Battle Resort Daycare, because I'm able to biking in full circle around the island, which makes it convenient. However, unlike most who wants to travel on the surface of the island, I tend to go upstairs because I don't want to get bothered with the sand and occasional alerts of DexNav when I'm not feeling like it.

Well, I usually use the Battle Resort Day Care center for breeding, since it's got the nice little circle, and move tutors are conveniently over there. The one by Mauville is what I use to passively level up my Pokémon. Even if they forget an important move, I've got, like, 40 Heart Scales.

I use the daycare by mauville for level up Pokémon for battling and what not and the battle resort daycare or breeding or leveling up a second set of Pokémon. It's nice because I can use both to work on 2 sets of Pokémon at once without having to constantly juggle and swap out.

I never used the one Mauville simply because the other one is more convenient when it comes to breeding. I honestly didn't see a point at there being two daydares they might as well have just moved the one at Mauville to the Battle Resort instead of having two.

I think it's safe to assume that everyone uses the Battle Resort one...

I do too, but not for any of the reasons above... I literally haven't left the BR since I got there... So, uh... Yeah that's why...
I honestly preferred biking around in Mauville though...

To be completely honest, once I found out about the daycare at Battle Resort, I stopped using the one in Mauville. The one in Battle Resort is more convenient and the arwa is a circle, so I just bike around until the egg hatches.

I thought it was useful. Faster eggs. A baby-making machine. Uh. That sounded weird. LOL
It maximize whatever you needed the daycare for. Win.

Battle resort daycare for the win! I used it all the time, I would head in one direction, stick a coin under the joystick so I could AFK hatch eggs for hours, thought it was a great feature. After the great success of the round about in Kalos it has to be in every game, it is awesome they added that feature and made shiny hunts 100 times easier then having to be at DS 24/7

I use the one in the Battle Resort, because it is more convenient when trying for perfect IV Pokémon. But the one in Mauville works perfectly to passively level up some high-level evolution Pokémon, like Zweilous or Vulcorona.

Until the creation of this topic, I had no idea that there were even two day cares. Interesting. I guess they could be useful when trying to hatch multiple eggs at once and such. If I ever do egg breeding in the future, I'll definitely be looking to use both of them in the future.

@[member="Wizard"] Hatching eggs is better done at the Battle Resort Daycare. It has an infinite loop, de IV Checker and there are move tutors nearby. The one next to Mauville mostly get abandoned in favor of the Battle Resort one, but is great for passively leveling your Pokémon. I mean you are walking already. And you can't carry more than five Pokémon eggs at the time.

The Battle Resort daycare, of course. Not that I usually use ORAS for breeding but when I do, that's the daycare I go to. The Mauville one is good if you haven't beatean E4, but other than that, I can't think of any perks of using it.
