Tyrunt vs Amaura

I like both of them equally, but for different reasons. Of course, Tyrunt is the powerhouse, with the menacing jaws, and the fearsome evolution Tyrantrum. It just looks dangerous, as if it will bite you in half any second. And that's really cool for a Pokémon. Amaura on the other hand is a lot more charming, with the light blue shading and the brightly colored earflaps (I honestly don't know what they are or what they are called), just like its evolution Aurorus. It gives an overall calmer feeling, which is also nice for a Pokémon. I like them both for the reasons I mentioned, but I don't think I can choose a favorite.

 

Sail fossil! I personally chose it because I thought Amaura was cuter and I liked the ability better.

 

I choose Amaura, because my brother wanted Tyrunt (and I wanted to complete the dex xD) but it actually made me prefer Amaura over Tyrunt, because even though it has many weaknesses, it still manage to hold itself enough to make it through the Pokémon league.

 

I chose the Sail fossil, i honestly just feel in love with amaura and it's Evo, Aurorus. The are just so elegant and graceful, and they just look awesome overall. 'tis why I claimed Amaura as one of my Pokémon.

 

I like both a lot, and I actually got both since I bought both versions and picked one for each lol. But if I had to choose, I would probably choose Tyrunt. Badass design, plus its's a dragon, so that is auto pick for me 8P

 

I chose Amaura for a few reasons. One, I wanted to avoid the hype train of Tyrantrum, assuming that Tyrantrum was not going to be too good. Two, Aurarous trumped Tyrantrum. Three, I like cute Pokémon over fierce Pokémon.

 

Sail Fossil, because my friend told me it would be a better Pokémon than the eventual Tyrantrum. I honestly don't know if that's true since I never used Tyrantrum, but Aurorus wrecked pretty well too. Best thing ever: Refrigerate + Hyper Beam.

 

I like Tyrunt more than Aurorus stat-wise, but I think Aurorus can be good too if you get one with the right nature.

 

Tyrunt and Tyrantrum! Aurorus has too many weaknesses for my liking.... Plus Tyrantrum has decent speed, too.

 

I nabbed Amaura! It's really gorgeous, especially when shiny. Though I didn't raise mine and just boxed it away... hahaha. Also really love the Tyrunt line so it's a tough choice as we've great fossils this time around.

 

I like Tyrunt better for both its design and power. I like Amoura too, but only for its design. Altogether, I do think they're the best fossil duo out there.

 

First playthrough, I picked the Sail fossil. I didn't know the Pokémon I'd get from it, but I picked the Sail fossil because I'd recently learned how to Sail a boat.
To this day, though, I still like Amaura better. Tyrunt is... too aggressive looking for me. Amaura is cute, and Aurorus is awesome. <3

I chose Amura since I've always liked the northern lights that they make; plus, I chose it first on my X

 

I picked Tyrunt because I thought it was cute. So I guess I'll just go with it.

 

From the minute Tyrunt was revealed, I knew I was going to get it and love it and keep it on my team forever - and so I did. That did not change when Kaiser evolved into a glorious Tyrantrum.
I just really love Tyrunt and Tyrantrum. They're legit Tyrannosaurs, they're Dragon-type, they look awesome... The choice of fossils really wasn't much of a choice for me. xD

 

Amaura! I love it: from the aurora theme to the wing flaps above its eyes...

 

It is hard for me...Tyrantrum looks very Powerful and Aurorus is so cute and adorable >.<. I will choose them two

 

I had to go with the Jaw fossil, a frickin' T-Rex Pokémon? Come on who could pass that up? In all seriousness, they need to release Tyrantrum's hidden ability so I can get my hands on a no recoil Head Smash!
