Talonflame works well in Ubers but because of the abundance of Dragon types is doesn't work too well at all. However if you're adamant to keep it, try jolly over adamant and thats all I can say. If you want a good substitute try arceus flying and salamence-Mega. Both work as good fast killers who are flying type, arceus being a better user of priority. Arceus-Ground would also work with Earthquake, Swords Dance, Extreme Speed and Defog which lets a stealth rocks remover come in as your team is relatively weak to it. Remember, in Ubers, legends are used for a reason.

Whilst I can see the logic behind your set, this does not work on so many levels. The only Salamence that should be in Ubers is Mega Salamence and he should have intimidate with Dragon Dance which is the setting up move, Substitute which can protect against status like klefki or Earthquake to hit steels such at klefki and arceus steel, Roost to heal damage back and Return for a very powerful STAB. The nature should be swaped for jolly too. Mega Salamence works on your team however so keep it!

Excadrill does not work full stop without sand in Ubers. No question. However so far your team is weak to ice an also a scarfer would fit in well there so Kyurem-White works perfectly. The set should be Draco Meteor, Ice Beam, Fusion Flare and Focus Blast. This covers your ice weakness easily and also works as a good sweepbreker, a good stallbreaker and a good wallbreaker. This thing breaks a lot of things.

Greninja is unfortunatly pittifully bad in Ubers; Having only one role that is spike stacking and spin blocking. However a dark type wall wouldn't go amiss on this team so try Yvetal with the rocky helmet with the moves Foul Play for the main STAB that hits physically based Pokémon, Oblivion Wing for its recovery, Taunt to stop toxic and Toxic is to hurt passively. This thing functions as the well-needed physical tank that works very well with your salamence. The EV's should be 26 speed, 252 HP and the rest in defense.

Now the mega-slot is taken up by salamence-mega, a Pokémon who is a special attacker but not a mega would be great to fill this role. Your choice in mega-manetric is great but we need a non-mega version. A surprisingly good Pokémon for this is Darkrai. Whist he has no switching moves, he can easily come in after a faint and scare the opponent with a dark void. This makes him an amazing pivot which is desperately needed on your team which lets you go into Salamence to set up or switch into Yvetal afterwards. They just really work well!

everything about this is perfect apart from the fact that blissy is a better cleric and blob than chansey in Ubers. Apart from that, well done! you took the words out of my mouth.

If greninja wasn't banned in OU this team would be perfect. Unfortunately Ubers doesn't welcome Greninja with open arms so this was more of a team renovation. Well done though!

Wow, thanks for so much input! I had it originally for OU but then Greninja was made an Uber. I'll certainly be taking all of this into consideration. (I might even make a new team of it XD)

With your last remark are there Pokémon to swap Greninja for that can still cover his role in OU?

An ou equivalent of geninja? For good ou special attackers, you could use a gardevoir, which are powerful and have similar coverage. Raikou is a very fast and hard hitter, with pretty good coverage with aura sphere if you can accept a rash nature. Tornadus-T can hit hard, and regenerator is nice, but your coverage is a bit limited. Volcarona hits hard, especially if you set up quiver dance, but has only okay coverage.

    Any of those sound good?

hmmm, gardevior could be good but it removes the water, ice and dark coverage :/ and adding Raikou would give me more weakness to ground, same with Volcarona and Tornadus... Maybe a good physical attacker? I don't need another special but if I find one that might work I'll edit this post for feedback

Tornadus-T is actually immune to ground types, being a flying type.

But if you want physical attackers, my personal favorite is bisharp. It's got awesome stab priority, stab knock off, and some great power. If you're looking for help with ground weaknesses, try Landorus-T. He's a heavy hitting physical attacker with immunity to ground and electric, and intimidate to cripple opposing attackers.
