Hello, reader! This is my brand-new FanFiction I wrote at 3 am and decided was not completely bad. This is an all-Pokémon universe. Criticism is greatly appreciated. Without further, adieu, here is my story!

Our tale begins with a dark room...

"Lain-dono, I must inquire that that is a most suitable plan." Spoke a figure sitting at one end of a table. He appeared to be a Gallade, and a very battle-hardened one as well. His body was riddled with scars, some so deep they looked as if they should have killed him. Nevertheless, he was standing here at this table, with his three partners.

He looked towards a very tall and frightening Sceptile, Lain. His most notable trait was the lack of a left eye. It was covered up by a thick eye patch. He seemed to also hold his fair share of battle scars all over his body. He nodded at the Gallade who spoke.

"Most certainly my King!" Boomed an Aegislash, positioned right beside the Sceptile. "This plan is most befitting for a great Pokémon of your nature!" He shouted once more, his metallic voice coursing throughout the room. Unlike the others, this Aegislash was spotless. Not a scratch or a chip of paint on him.

"Hmph." Huffed a Bisharp, sitting at the far end of the table. "Well, the majority of the party is in agreement, so my input does not count for shit." He spat, crossing his arms. His scratched up face and bent metal plating said that this Bisharp had definitely seen his fair share of battles.

"Though I don't condone your tone, Pierce, It is true." The Sceptile said to the Bisharp, Pierce, from across the table. "We will be acting out this plan at noon, so be ready, boys." He commanded.

"Kōtō, I want you to go and find the position of the messenger right now. We know his route, so find him and trail him." He said, turning towards the battle-hardened Gallade.

"Your will is my hand, Lain-dono." He said with a large bow. Walking over to what appeared to be a door, he slipped on a dark cloak. It would blend him into the night sky in this dark city. "I shal complete my assigned task with the utmost effectiveness." He added, before opening up the door and jumping into the night sky, not making a sound as he hopped from building to building.

"Pierce, I want you to assume your position at the radio tower. Keep a watch out for Kōtō. When he arrives, give us the signal." Lain spoke. Pierce let out a grunt but complied, shrugging on the black cloak and jumping away, silent.

"Meta, we are doing the usual. You know what to do" Lain said, shrugging on his own black cloak.

"As you command, my king!" The Aegislash, Meta, bellowed as he floated over to the Septile. Presenting it's hilt, the Septile removed the blade from the shield and took the shield in his hand. "Alright." Spoke Lain, a small smirk appearing in his face. "This is going to be fun." He spoke, before leaving, making the small room vacant once more.

Meanwhile, a Zangoose was dashing through the forest. Said Zangoose, clad in sunglasses and a golden ring, had a messenger bag on his shoulder. He was ordered by his client to deliver this piece of mail to him. He was instructed to go to Narrisfva City. He was told it could easily be identified by the large red Radio Tower

Heaving a sigh, the Zangoose pressed forward into the city before him. Putting his hand back into the messenger bag, he pulled out the address he was supposed to head to. Just then, his ear twitched.

Someone is following me. He thought, before shrugging. He just continued to press on as normal.

As he approached the city, he took out the letter he was supposed to deliver. One of his rules was that he would never read his client's mail. He was a messenger with morals.

    That's when it happened.

In a flash of light, a Gallade hopped out of the branches of the trees. Gathering his focus into his fists, he directed his attention to the Zangoose below. Pulling his fists back, he then lashed out into a barrage of punches. The might from this Gallade was enough to shatter a bolder with a single punch. Said Gallade was so confident in his skills, he thought he could finish it in one move.

Punch after punch hit the Zangoose, who was quickly becoming weaker by the second. With every punch, he felt closer and closer to collapsing onto the ground below. Eventually, the mighty Gallade hit him with an uppercut. His finishing move. He had taken lives with this move of his, and he was about to do the same to this Zangoose.

He went flying up into the air. Higher and higher, before...

He puffed into a cloud of smoke.

"Hmm..." Spoke the Zangoose, sitting behind the Gallade. He was currently reading a book. It was titled 'How to improve your social skills'. "Sorry. The book has no information on what to say when someone tries to surprise attack you, so I don't know how I would greet you." He said with a shrug, putting his book away.

Meanwhile, the Gallade stood there with wide eyes, unable to comprehend what just occurred in front of his eyes. This Zangoose put in a clone of himself, got behind the Gallade, took out and skimmed through almost an entire book, in the span of about a second, maybe less. "Sir! I must inquire, how did you get there?"

The Zangoose was already back into his book. "Sorry, it doesn't say anything here about what to do when people compliment your battling skill, so I don't know what to say here." The Zangoose said, taking out his notebook and writing something down.

Putting a claw on the book, he read the line out slowly. "So, what do you need?" He read out loud, looking up at the Gallade. "Was that the right thing to say? It says here when you are approached by someone you could say that." He said, closing the book and putting it in his messenger bag.

Taking a fighting position, the Gallade focused energy into it's arms. The Sword Blade Pokémon's arms grew long and sharp as pure psychic energy rushed into them. Crouching down, the Gallade took a running start and rushed the Zangoose, who was writing in his book again. The mighty Gallade took a massive swing at the Zangoose, powerful enough to separate his head from his body.

If only it could hit the Zangoose, he would be golden.

The Zangoose was already up in the trees. "You have good form but you need to work on your speed." Koi said with a straight face, giving honest advice to the Gallade. "Maybe try running some laps around the city? Running always helps to improve speed." He said with a shrug.

The Gallade stood there, dumbfounded. First, the Mongoose Pokémon disgraced his attacks, then gave him advice in the middle of a fight? The Gallade was completely confused.

The Zangoose's ear twitched. As he turned his head, the forest was being levelled, one tree at a time. Not to mention it was heading right for him. It took only a few seconds for the wave of crashing trees to hit the tree he was standing in.

When the Gallade saw who was breaking down the trees, he relaxed. "Pierce-dono! Impeccable timing, comrade! This messenger is most peculiar. I can say, without a shadow of doubt in my mind, that this messenger is a professional!" He said, looking around frantically for the Zangoose.

Meanwhile, The Bisharp, Pierce, was standing there with his mouth gaping open. Instead of speaking, he simply pointed up, more specifically, at the space above the Gallade's head.

Sitting ontop of the Gallade's head, was the Zangoose. He was reading his book again. "I'll have to apologize, my book does not say anything about interacting like this with two people." He said sheepishly, scratching the back of his head.

It only took a few seconds for the Gallade to recuperate. Charging his fist back, he threw a punch right above his head. On cue, the Zangoose disappeared. He then appeared back on the grass nearby, whistling a tune.

"Kōtō, what the fuck is up with this guy!?" Pierce exclaimed, pointing at the Zangoose, who appeared to be attempting to find a proper phrase to use in this situation.

"I am not entirely sure myself, Pierce-dono." He said with a bow, turning towards the Zangoose. "He is a complicated one, but I do believe we can handle him!" He exclaimed, before rushing the Zangoose once more.

Focusing his energy into his fist, Kōtō charged the Zangoose once more. Once again, the Zangoose disappeared, reappearing nearby.

Taking charge, Pierce gathered dark energy into his fists. Charging them back, he leaped and rushed at the Zangoose, his bladed fist gleaming in the moonlight. He smirked at the Zangoose. There was no way he could dodge him now. He had him right where he wanted.

The Zangoose saw this, and put his hand to his chin. Standing still, he nodded and the Bisharp ran right through him.

Oh, and he came out the other side holding a bowl of rice and chopsticks.

"You looked hungry." Koi said, standing where he was just a moment ago. "So I got you some rice. That's what you do for people, right? Buy them lunch?" He said, looking through his book again.

Pierce stood with a murderous glare. "No, you stupid anti-social shit!" He screamed, his eye twitching. He was breathing heavily, and he seemed as if he would slash anyone who came in his way. "You don't give a person who just attacked you a BOWL OF FUCKING RICE." He yelled,

Kōtō was using this opportunity to sneak up behind the Zangoose. Gathering the focus in his fists once more, he charged his fist back and ran at the Zangoose with incredible speeds.

    But not fast enough.

Instead of hitting his target, Kōtō went flying into Pierce, who let out a 'What the fuck!?' as he was hit. When Pierce looked at Kōtō, instead of him trying to shove him off, his eyes widened. Instead of responding, he simply showed Kōtō his reflection in one of his steel plates.

His face was covered in makeup. Was not half bad, either.

"My word!" Kōtō said, recoiling at the sight of himself. "How does this noble warrior of fur move so quickly! So quickly that even I, Kōtō, the Gallade of combat, cannot keep up with him!" He spoke, slowly getting off Pierce, much to the latter's relief.

The Zangoose shrugged. "I wanted to see what you would look like with makeup on. I must say, you do look quite interesting." He said to Kōtō, putting a claw under his chin.

The air shifted in the area. A shockwave of air boomed throughout the land and beyond. Just by this mighty Pokémon's footsteps, the area was bathed by the wind he changed.

The Sceptile came into view, but only for a second before the blade he was using was thrusted towards the Zangoose, who's eyes widened. Just this simple blow made the ground around the Zangoose erupt, causing a cloud of dust to arise.

The Zangoose once again stood on the other end of the field. This time, though, it was different.

He was painting, his eyes wide. He was almost collapsing onto one knee. But the most striking image of this was that he was holding a claw to his chest. Off it dripped a certain red substance.

    Yes, blood.

His eyes darting around, the Zangoose knew he was done for. A mighty Sceptile holding a blade and a shield, fast enough to injure him. Even though the wound was not deep, that was the first time this Zangoose had ever been hit.

"Thought I recognized you." The Sceptile said. "Koi the Zangoose, also known on the streets as 'Light-speed Koi." He said with a slight smirk. "Never been injured in a battle, you have done some rather questionable jobs in the past. You, my friend, have a huge bounty on your head."

The Zangoose, Koi's, eye twitched. He really was done for now. The only sensible option here would be to flee, so that's exactly what Koi did.

In a puff of smoke, Koi was gone. But just because he was gone, did not mean their mission was a failure.

In the Sceptile's hands was the messenger bag.

Meanwhile, In a far-off Forest clearing...

    Crackle

The flames of the bonfire stood tall and majestic against the beautiful night sky. The campsite, free from all that damn air pollution, was a wonderful place to watch the stars. That's exactly what these four were doing. Sitting at their campsite, enjoying each others company, and looking at the stars.

One of them, an Umbreon, to be exact, held a Banjo in his paws. He had the neck resting on one paw and the base around his legs, making to so that one of his paws could strum it. Smirking and pulling the paw back, he made one fluent motion that hit all the strings. He then began to sing.

"Let's sit around the campfire and sing our campfire song!" Another strum from the Banjo.

"Sean... Please no." Said a Riolu, head in his hands. With a groan, he sneaked a look at the Umbreon, Sean, who proceeded to pick at more strings.

"C-A-M-P-F-I-R-E-S-O-N-G Song!" He exclaimed, swaying his head left and right to the music.

"We're BEGGING you, Sean... PLEASE NO...." Spoke a Klefki, attempting to maneuver it's keys to it's ear slots to plug them up. Meanwhile, Sean continued to happily pluck strings, seemingly unaware of his surroundings.

"And if you don't think that we can sing it faster than your wrong!" Sean spoke, really getting into it now, much to the annoyance of the two.

"Oh god, he's doing it..." Spoke the Riolu again, slamming his head against a nearby tree. The Klefki was still trying to cover it's ears with the keys...

    10 minutes later...

"CMPFRESNPG" Spoke Sean. He seemed to be extremely out of breath. The Riolu seemed to be even worse off. He looked as if he had stuck his head in the ground trying to get away. The Klefki had fainted.

"ANDFSTE-" Sean was abruptly cut off as the banjo was smacked over his head. He then fell over on his log. Behind him stood a Gengar with a truly devious smirk on his face.

"MICHAEL! YOUR A SAINT!" Screamed the Riolu, who ran over there to attempt to give him a hug. Because this Gengar, Michael, was a Ghost-Type and all, he wait sailing right through him and into the trees behind.

Michael turned around at that moment and snickered. "Alex, you need to be more careful." He said, turning towards the Klefki. "Better wake Jordan up..." He muttered as he walked over to the Klefki.

He then proceeded to pick the Klefki, Jordan, up and throw him into a tree.

"Michael, why did you not do this sooner!?" Exclaimed the Riolu, Alex, flailing his arms. "You could have prevented all of this!" He said, moving his arms in wide circles and fiercely gesturing at him.

"I like watching you all suffer." He said with a completely blank expression on his face while Alex gestured frantically.

"Special Move: ULTIMATE SEAN KICK OF SEANY-NESS!" Exclaimed Sean before going on his paws and attempting to kick the Gengar.

He soon was also up in the tree with Jordan.

Michael dusted his hands off. "Well, that was easy." He said with a smirk.

"Do you think we should get them down from there?" Alex pointed out, gesturing to the tree the two Pokémon were in.

"Nah." The Michael said, climbing into their tent they setup. Alex took one last glance at the tree before shrugging and following Michael.

In a home in a nearby forest...

    The next day...

"Breaking News!" Said the Wigglytuff reporter on the screen of an ages-old TV. It was so old, it was breaking down, and the sound and screen were always fuzzy. Nonetheless, it works, so this family was going to keep it.

"We have received word that Jirachi has awoken! These reports say that she is located on the Neerg Islands." The reporter said frantically. "It is said here that Jirachi is only granting a single wish to the first person who finds it! So pack your bags and put it in high gear, because whoever gets that wish is going to be one happy camper!" She said cheerfully, before she was abruptly cut off by the TV being tuned off.

A Pikachu silently arose from the couch. This Pikachu, unlike others, seemed more droopy and unenthusiastic. Even at the current moment, where his eyes were full of hope. "Lilly! Brandon! Family meeting! Now!" He exclaimed, rushing through the house at high speeds.

It was a small house. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a basement. It was impractical and lousy, but it was all they could afford, and they were grateful it was there.

The light pitter-patter of feet hitting the floor ran though the house as a Plusle and Minun busted through the door, looks of confusion on their faces. "Ralph? What's up?" Said the Plusle, Lilly.

"I... Think I found a way to save her." He said with an unreadable expression on his face. It seemed to be a mixture of hope, despair and a touch of other emotions.

"Really!? What is it!?" Asked the Minun, Barandon, excitedly. His expression was similar to the Pikachu, Ralph, but held a larger amount of happiness within it.

"Apparently, Jirachi has been found." Ralph said, putting his hands behind his back and pacing around the room. "If we find it first, and wish for her health, we can go back to the way it was before!" He said with a nod, putting his hands on his hips. "It may be a long shot, but we need to try." He said, staring at Lilly and Brandon.

"I dunno, bro." Brandon said with a shrug. "I mean, we are just us. There is going to be very strong Pokémon trying to get that wish. I don't think we can do it." Lilly nodded her head in agreement. "What Brandon said." She spoke, her eyes downcast.

Ralph slammed his hand down on the table. "We need to try! It's the only chance we have." He said, his voice straining.

Lilly and Brandon recoiled, but for a second. "A-Alright, Ralph." Spoke Lilly. "We need to gather our possessions and head out soon then..." She mumbled.

In a dark room in the middle of the city...

"No!" Lain bellowed, smashing his hand against the table. "How!? How did they get that letter!? Everyone knows now, everyone! Our operation is ruined." He said, crushing the mug in his hand. The others in the room recoiled slightly at the outburst.

"It is not complete yet, Lain-dono." Kōtō spoke. "We may still be able to capture that wish before anyone else!" He said. In response, the Sceptile nodded slowly.

"If that's the plan, we need to go and get that wish. Now."
