    Yup! With Poke Pelago go to the Island Aphun spot and if you are rank 2 or above you can select the "Path for Brilliant-Stone Hunting!" Just let your Pokémon search for a while and once they come back you have a chance to get one or multiple ones. This can be repeated over and over again as well.
