If they would make another black and white I think they would call it Pokémon Gray

 

Well for one thing Route 4 would be perfectly complete showing no signs of ever being a desert.

 

I think Bianca might have become some sort of secondary professor with her own lab somewhere, and that Cheren could have been either in the Elite Four or maybe he could have even been the League Champion. Team Plasma could have been replaced by another team, which N could be fighting against.

 

I think the old player character from B/W2 would be champion, using something to kind of link back and see what Pokémon you used. Cheren would be in the Elite 4, Bianca would possibly have her own Lab, maybe the character from B/W1 and N run some sort of organization for Pokémon Rights? The opposite of Team Plasma. Maybe the duo help you against the new evil team? I'm just bouncing around random thoughts now....xD

 

Hmmm...the only Gen V game I've played is Black, so its hard to picture.

Professor Juniper would be farther in her research, Cheren would be a gym leader, Team Plasma would have fallen, but since N would most likely be around he would create some other drama...that's my guess.

I think Cheren would be in the Elite 4, Bianca would be the professor, Your old charcter would be the champion, with your old party. And N would be your rival...my guess.
