    Adventure Log

And so it begins, my journey into Hell.
    - As I brave the dangers of the first route into Viridian City, I achieve the Professor's Parcel and bring it back to him
-With Pokeballs in hand and Pokédex in bag, I proceed into the unknown. I discover a Weedle and befriend it in the Viridian Forest, before returning the the PKMN Center to heal the poisoning of my Squirtle searching a strange route to the west of Viridian City. There I meet my sworn rival, RED, and he challenges me to a battle, fatally wounding my Weedle. The cruel boy runs off, leaving me holding my recently departed friend. I place him in the graveyard, forever preserving him in the PC's Box.
-I find my new friend on the next route, naming the Rattata Fang
-I fight through Viridian Forest, and arrive in Pewter city exhausted. Using an expensive potion to heal my companions, I prepare for battle against the Gym Leader Brock

Closing the Journal, I stow it away my backpack, and camp out in the Pokémon Center, resting for the next day

Aw man not Weedle! That dastardly Red fellow, beating him up! Make sure to get revenge on him for me, k? Even if he sounds rather dashingly handsome

I'm excited to see this Gym Battle! I wish you the best of luck in beating Brock and reclaiming the good name of your Weedle!

    Adventure Log

I defeated Brock and with my loyal Squirtle and obtained the Boulderbadge and a strange disc, the TM39: A device containing the ability to teach one of my Pokémon companions Rock Tomb
As I journeyed East on Route 3, I met a Youngster by the name of Ben who requested a battle, as did many others. I fought through them all, but Fang valiantly died in the process, killed by a critical hit from Ben's own Rattata. Today, I weep for the loss of yet another one of my companions
My own Squirtle, Taelian, underwent a strange transformation. The Pokédex reports the phenomenon as evolution, and my friend's new form as Wartortle.
Continuing my journey across Route 3, I met a Pidgey, the small bird swooping from the skies and landing on my shoulder. It accepted my offer of friendship, and I captured it with my spare Pokéball. Seeing it's white tinted wing tips and golden eyes(not actually shiny, just story/plot), I named it Light
Journeying North towards Mt. Moon, I stop at the Pokémon Center on the way. A man offers to sell me a rare Pokémon: A Magikarp for only 500 PKD! I name the small fish "Splash" only to discover that it only knows... splash.
In Mt. Moon, I discover a Zubat and capture it, naming the small bat "Shade". A very appropriate name, I believe.
I fight the many trainers within Mt. Moon, and encounter Super Nerd Jovan, his Magnemite slaying my Zubat, my newest friend. I cradle his prone body and wreak destruction on the man, and later lay it to rest within the Grave box of my PC.
After fighting the Team Rocket grunts, I discover two fossils. I fight a scientist and take the Dome Fossil with me, leaving him the Helix Fossil. Finally exiting the wretched mountain, I find myself on Route 4, on the way to Cerulean City
Arriving in the city of water, I rest at a Pokémon Center for the night.
Searching northward, I meet my rival RED again, fighting him on the shore of Nugget Bridge. He gives me the Fame Checker after insulting me... twice, and leaves me to try to Nugget Bridge challenge.
I defeat the first one easily, Light blowing through all his bug types easily, quite literally, with his Gust attack.
After beating Misty, I obtain the Cascadebadge and journey on to Route 25, attempting to befriend an Abra with the result of it teleporting away. Saddened by this, I continue on, slightly disheartened.
Exiting the robbed house from the back, I encounter a Meowth and catch it, nicknaming it "T Money" on Route 5, passing by the daycare before entering the Underground Path to Vermillion City. Fighting my way southwards toward the city, I defeat several trainers.
I rest at Vermillion's Pokémon Center, rejuvenating my Pokémon, before venturing aboard the S.S Anne
After obtaining Cut from the seasick captain, I fight a few passengers before departing the ship again.
Tonight, I rest before challenging Lt. Surge

    Adventure Journal

After obtaining Cut, I scout out the gym via PC and decide to train my Pokémon, using the VS Seeker I obtained from the lady in the Pokémon Center to find new challengers
As I trained, that useless fish of mine evolved into a fearsome dragon: Gyrados.
Somehow, my Meowth and Wartortle, T Money and Taelian manage to defeat Lt. Surge, obtaining the Thunderbadge.
I enter Diglett's Cave and continue my journey, catching a Diglett and naming it Moleman. My new friend seems to enjoy traveling with me. A wild Dugtrio's arena trap trapped T Money in battle and killed him.
Exiting the cave, I prepare to travel over Route 2. Obtaining Flash, I am unable to use it, and must journey to capture a Pokémon that can learn it.
Lost, somehow I end up back in Viridian City. Confused, I check my map and set my sights on Rock Tunnel.
Wandering around Kanto, I find my way to Rock Tunnel. Unfortunately, I must journey without Flash, as T Money died. Before entering the dark Tunnel, I rest at the Pokémon Center.
I catch a Geodude, Boulder, on the first level of Rock Tunnel.
Finally exiting the damn cave, I fight a few more trainers and walk into Lavender Town.
I caught a cute little Vulpix in a small path of on Route 8, east of Lavender Town, naming it 420BLAZEIT. I hope it will learn to like me.
I go shopping in Celadon City, finding a friendly Eevee on the top floor of the mall, before challenging Erika, barely managing to scrape a win with 420BLAZEIT and Light, obtaining the Rainbowbadge and Giga Drain.
After gambling a while, I find a hidden switch and press it, then go down the stairs that appear.
I traverse the puzzle of tiles that send me spinning uncontrollably, finding a variety of items. I obtain the lift key from a random grunt and rest at a Pokémon Center before going back down into the Rocket Hideout.
After defeating the Team Rocket Boss, Giovanni, I take the Silph Scope and return to Lavender Town, resting in the Pokémon Center for the night.

Haha, guess you could say you didn't... Make the cut!

All jokes aside, I'm still loving this. Part of me is super hoping you'll use Lapras, but then again I'm like that with everyone XD as usual good luck!

@[member='★OfficialRedG★'], Yeah, Lapras is being considered right now, especially for the ice typing and it had a good moveset right now. Soon as I figure out where I'm actually going, I'll get my team sorted out

Sabrina's gym is challenging, but I find her in the maze eventually. I chalenge her, beating down her team of powerful psychic types, obtaining the Marsh Badge and the TM Psychic
I now rest in the PKMN Center before journeying back to Fuschia
I rest at the Fuscia Center before exploring town, after which I return to the gym to prepare and train.
Koga's invisible walls are annoying as hell, and my mind is exhausted by the time I reach the self proclaimed "ninja"
The fight is long and arduous, finally reaching a close with Taelian biting his Weezing to death. Koga gives me the Soulbadge and TM Toxic, and I exit the gym, healing my weak Pokémon at the nearby Center
I approach the water to the south and Lazilu uses Surf, sending us soaring across the water, towards the Seafoam islands, where I camp for the night.

//when I plain stop caring about formatting. Hey you know what would be a good idea? Levels... nah. I'm too lazy. That title w/ my team will have to do

    Adventure Journal

I enter the caves, using Lazilu's strength to move around boulders and Surf to a small island with Articuno. I have used many repels, and it is the first Pokémon I have encountered this level, suprisingly. We prepare for battle, the legendary Pokémon's powerful ice attacks freezing up my team.
After weakening it with 420BLAZEIT's fire attacks and speedy attacks, I send out Taelian as a bastion of defense before preparing to try and catch the legendary bird of ice.
And fail miserably. My Pokéball reserves depleted, I faint the stupid bird, my time and money wasted on this venture.
The fainted bird disappears, and I use an Escape Rope to exit the dungeon... only to be forced to reenter it and find the proper exit.
Exiting the Seafoam Islands, I fight a trainer and Surf again, headed towards Cinnabar!
I arrive on the island, resting my Pokémon at the Center and going shopping for a bit, before searching for the Cinnabar Gym.
Finding the door locked, I check out the lab and restore my Dome Fossil, dirt, before I head towards the Mansion to explore.
I find the "Secret Key" and exit, slightly disturbed at the journal entries within. I rest at the Pokémon Center before preparing to challenge the Cinnabar Gym. I ace most of the quizzes and fight Blaine, obtaining the Volcanobadge. The old man also gave me TM Fire Blast. I plan on returning back to the Pokémon Center to rest now, and plan where I go next. But as soon as I walk out of the gym Bill shows up, telling me of "One Island" to the south. The two of us sail to One Island and takes me to see "Celio", and sets me on a task to delivering a Meteorite to Two Island.
I begin exploring One Island for items and Trainers to battle.
I head north, exploring the Ember Spa and obtaining Rock Smash, resting in the hot springs.
After going back and retrieving several items, I proceed forward. Camping out at the hot springs for now, I wait for a better time to move on with my journey.
I journey up Mt. Ember and catch Moltres, christened Blaze, and Fly back to the Pokémon Network Center to take a ferry to Two Island.
Arriving on Two Island, I explore the island a bit, searching for the Game Corner. The Game Corner's owner's daughter is missing, and after learning Hydro Cannon from the lady on Cape Brink, I take the ferry to Three Island. After fighting off some Bikers, I journey onward to Berry Forest.
After delivering the Meteorite, I return to Cinnabar and Surf north, back to mainland Kanto, arriving back in Pallet Town. I proceed to fly to Lavender town, walking towards the Power Plant to try and catch a Zapdos.
After capturing the legendary Thunder bird, I return to Viridian and trade Bolt with Eve, my Jolteon. Now, I prepare to challenge the Viridian City Gym.
I fight my way through this gym, eager to meet the mysterious gym leader, only to encounter... Giovanni?
I confront the Team Rocket Boss/Gym Leader and fight him, Lazilu softening him up and Bolt finishing him off and winning the match for me, just barely. He hands me the Earthbadge TM Earthquake, and decides to disband Team Rocket.
It is now time for me to journey to fight in the Indigo League!

I encounter Red, whom I fight again, his dashing good looks not saving him from the power of my companions.
I enter the Indigo Plateau, each guard letting me until I face Victory Road, undaunted.
I now travel through Victory Road, fighting off Cooltrainers. Near the end, one teaches Double Edge to Light, and exit the cave, now venturing through a maze of statues.
As I stand at the foot of the Indigo Plateau, I look upwards, to the future!

I heal and rest at the Center, and buy potions and full restores to prepare for the gauntlet of challenges ahead of me!

mweep's Pokémon Fire Red & Leaf Green Valorlocke Challenge
    ADVENTURE JOURNAL
After training on Victory Road, I am now ready to take on the Elite Four and Champion. I stock up on healing items and prepare, striding confidently through the first door and encountering Lorelei.
With my trusty team, I fight through the Elite Four and defeat Lance, only to discover that my rival Red had beaten me there, and was the Champion! I steel myself and prepare for the battle.
It was a long struggle, both our teams fighting for every possible advantage. During the fight, my Ninetales sacrifices itself bravely, allowing my Blastoise, Taelian, to charge and succesfully unleash it's ultimate attack: Hydro Cannon, defeating Champion Red.
Our team is immortalized in the Hall of Fame, my Ninetales as well, her ashes laid to rest in the Pokémon Tower.
I return to my house in Pallet Town, setting my belt on my bed, the red and white orbs arranged around my bag. Each, but one, holds a smiling creature. The single empty orb is smudged and worn, a faded flame symbol etched on the clear cover, "Ninetales" scratched below it in a cursive script.
The other's notice my gaze and turn in their Pokeballs as well, each with a sad smile. A single tear drops from my ear, the silver liquid splashing and breaking apart on the clear red cover.
Red light blazed from the capsules as each of my friends release themselves from their Pokeballs, gathering around my bed to comfort me. The PC sits in the corner, a split screen displaying my Box, the creatures all watching us all sadly, the other side showing Lavender Tower, memorials of our deceased friends in the ancient graveyard tower.
My Pokémon gather closer, and I begin to cry now, the tears spilling freely down my face.
Later I return to Lavender Town and pay my respects to the dead Pokémon their, several of my own now in their midst.
    [Epilogue]
Green set down his pen, tucking it neatly into his leather bound journal. The boy's smile was mournful. He was clad in a black shirt and green jacket with fur tufts on the top, purple colored jeans, and a red hat with a Pokéball symbol.
He slid the journal into his bag, tightening his belt around his waist. Blastoise, Hitmonchan, Lapras, Zapdos, Moltres...
He touched each of the balls, whispering their names.
Taelian... Fight Klub... Lazilu... Bolt... Blaze...
His hand rubbed the sixth Pokéball, worn smooth by his touch. The ball of his Ninetales, who had sacrificed herself to ensure Green's victory and the survival of her team mates.
Green's eyes were tired, once brilliant emerald orbs now reduced to a dull shine, the look of an old and aged man.
He walked out the door, each step seemingly heavier than the next, and flew on his Moltres, flying towards the Johto region
He would not allow any of his friends to die again.
Green alighted on a snowy mountain peak, taking shelter in a cave. He would train until his team was the strongest, and he would protect them.
No one else would die, he promised, a whispered oath to the mountains
    He would not allow it.
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

In Memory of 420BLAZEIT, always faithful and loyal to the end.
For all those Fallen in this Journey.
    Thank you for your service.
May your Soul reach eternal rest and peace.
