Suggestion Venting Thread like in Discord

This would depend on two things largely (since venting spaces can become burdensome). First, do we have Moderators who feel comfortable with moderating such a space (we will poll in the staff chat regarding this) and second, is there enough demand for this (we'll probably run a straw poll on the forums to see if it's needed).

For the first part, I'll conduct a staff vote later today so we can figure the viability. In the mean time, thank you for your suggestion.
