I wonder why no one's made a topic about this yet... What are some of your favorite, least favorite, interesting, or other kinds of glitches that you've seen, done, or heard of?
What game is it in? What is it? If you want to, explain how to do it.

For me, there was the "Minus World" from Super Mario Bros. Missingno. from Pokémon Red/Blue/Green, the Infinite Coins and the Bubble glitches from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

There are so many glitches in Inquisition, holy crap. But honestly they're all hella funny. There's this one glitch that occurs if you walk on a rock that you aren't supposed to && fall off. When you walk on something you aren't supposed to, your character will do this stranger creepy tip-toe walk. If you slide off an object while doing this, sometimes itll "stick" and your character will continue to walk this way.
.. does that count as a glitch omg

My favorite video game glitch was the one in Super Smash Bros Melee that lets you play as Master Hand. Its really interesting and you can even pull it off in Classic and Adventure mode. Just imagine reaching the final level in Classic and fighting Master Hand with Master Hand! The controls are really strange, but its by far one of the most unique glitches I've ever experienced hands on.

A glitch from Skyrim comes to mind. There is a way to get outside of Whiterun and underneath the city in an invisible area. There is a treasure chest with a whole ton of good stuff in it and I love the area.

Stop not mentioning Missingno you nerds.

Anyway, one of my top 5 glitches is the Minus World from Super Mario Bros. I have done the glitch several times myself, & it's pretty fun & interesting. Here's how to do it (Quoted from the Super Mario Wiki page.)

My favorite is the Super Glitch from Red/Blue/Yellow, but it is far too complex to explain, and it would require several chapters of reading.

Instead, I'll explain another favorite glitch of mine from Super Mario 64 (N64, not DS).

I'm sure everybody knows, but I love the infinite staircase glitch. Basically what you need to do is, perform a BLJ (backwards long jump) by simply long jumping, but doing it backwards. Make sure you have under 70 stars so you can properly execute this glitch on the endless staircase. Get yourself in a good BLJ position, and right when Mario lands on the staircase, spam the A button while still holding your control stick upwards with your finger still on the trigger (or Z button if playing on Wii VC). Do this correctly, and Mario will zip up the staircase at the speed of light. You want to be careful though; if you get too much momentum going, you might slide all over the place and accidentally land in a glitchy zone, or in a random world.

This works on other staircases as well, like the one leading up tot he star door that requires 50 stars to pass through. The only difference is, you don't have unlimited room to try. I don't recommend trying this staircase until you've mastered the infinite staircase. Performing both these glitches makes the game possible to beat with only 30 stars. If you do the bunny glitch (which is a completely separate glitch), the game is possible to beat with 16 stars.

I haven't actually exploited a glitch for amusement (with attempting to do the Ikana Valley early glitch on MM3D). The one glitch that I have experienced in game is this weird camera glitch that occurred in Warriors Orochi 3. Me and a friend were playing Split Screen and my camera just stayed still, sometime moving to a dfferent area, but not following my character. It was so weird...

    Also, Skate 3...

My favorite Glitch had to be in Tales of the Abyss .I was playing the game, and at a crucial moment, and I got stuck the corner in town. I thought it was just a thing, y'know on the PS2 stuff like that happened a lot. But after what felt like forever, I finally decided to give up, and call it a day. Turns out, I saw a thread on a Tales fan page saying that someone had the same problem, and I was shocked. I thought it was just my gamecube,

    I really like Missingno (I'm a nerddddddd)
Although you can't transfer the Pokémon this glitch is used for to later games, It was still a lot of fun to do

I'm not fond of glitches myself, and don't go out of my way to find them. But when any AC game glitches, it's usually pretty funny. I love it when sometimes, after you take down an enemy, the enemy's ragdoll animation goes completely nuts, and you see arms and legs making haymakers furiously. Highlight of my own experience happened during a session of AC Revelations. I was in one of the last stages in the game, and after using my sword on one of the enemies, the guy skyrockets into the air, taking off as if a rocket was strapped to his back. He then falls back into few a few seconds later, playing the death animation, funnily enough.

    Let's spare a moment for this amazing Black Flag glitch though;

    Skate 3, for sure.

It's glitches are the most hilarious things in the world. Like, just random stuff will happen a lot of the time.

Another thing that comes to mind is Arkham Asylum, but... nevermind ;)

I think my favorite glitch would have to be in the original Majora's Mask. I'm talking about the 4th day glitch. It's just so much fun to do.
