Quite a rare genre in the US, but always quite enjoyable. Do you see the joys in VNs or not? Recommend any? Any reason you began playing VNs? I personally am gettingg into Code:Realize right now. Some dialogue can be cliche but the story is unique and the art is very very beautiful for an otome.
Oooh,I'm actually playing through code: realise myself! I like Victor, and SG is creepy af, especially in his story part. Haven't played many VNs, but I wish I got my hands on more. I also played Amnesia: Memories which was such a trip and a half, particularly with the male star of joker world. I like 'em cuz they usual mean an easy platinum trophy for me. I ought to see what other VNs are being sold on the PSN store.
D-D-Danganronpa is the only VN I've been able to finish, even though I have lot more in my possesion. Hope Little Busters finally gets released on Steam too, I need more Kyousuke >_>
Visual Novels are not something that interests me. I can see the appeal, but i personally prefer more depth and actual gameplay out of a game.
Everyone needs to play 9 Hour 9 Persons 9 Doors. It's an amazing experience. I really think you'd like it @[member="ShiroLugia"] .
I really love the genre, I have had one on my steam wishlist for a while and though I own 1, I don't suggest it very much, a bit tedious and the story isn't too interesting, it's called Remember Me. I have played better ones and I think if you can find a good VN then they are really fun to play! Great way to tell a story and keep people invested in the characters
I like visual novels, even though I haven't played very many. Probably because they have clear stories and are hard to be bad at..? I dunno, but I can understand why they aren't for everyone.
