I'm really not the best with titles, are I :D

Okay, so given the insane amount of hype behind VR tech in the coming years, it's gotten me thinking. While there are so many tech demo games that show off things like speed and atmosphere, there was one AMAZING thing that I heard right when the Occulus Rift first came out, and that was a port of Alien Isolation to the system. And I heard someone talking about it and how it was so different from the feeling of the original game.

So, I was talking with someone today (IRL talking, I know, scary) and we were thinking about VR ports of famous games and how they would make some moments even more amazing. And this further led to this topic being made... I'll shut up and get to my point...

What are moments in any video game that you would love to see remade in VR?

I have to that I can think of right off the top of my head.

    1. Queen Gohma's reveal in OoT
While OoT is not my favourite Zelda game, that title goes to Twilight Princess, it does have one of the most amazing moments in any franchise. And no, it's not the reveal of Shiek's identity or seeing Hyrule's desecrated wasteland due to Gaonn's reign as Adult Link. It's that moment in the Great Deku Tree where you walk into the boss room and there is nothing there. Then you see... something that makes you want to look up to the roof, and you see one eye staring right back at you. And then Queen Gohma is revealed to you. From my best memory, I don't think any Zelda boss fight is scripted this beautiful as an introduction, and I feel like experiencing that moment in your own eyes rather than a screen would be absolutely brilliant.

    2. Xenoblade Chronicles, all of it
I have two words that any fan will agree with me on. The. Environments. I want to see a version of those amazing environments, Primorida's sprawling plains, Noctilum's dense jungles, Oblivia's desert wastelands, Sylvanum's... whatever the hell that is. And while I haven't seen the last continent yet, I know from the rest of it it will not disappoint... And while I haven't played the original yet, I honestly just want to experience the environments in VR if I ever get the chance, even before playing the game.
SORRY TATSU, I MEANT TO SAY SANDY BUM CANYON, THANK YOU FOR CORRECTING ME... Anyone know how to make a really good Nopon stew?

An entire Pokémon game is VR-worthy. Imagine going around towns, catching Pokémon and battling. It's like, every child's dream. In fact, even though I'm way past that age, I still dream of a Pokémon VR game. That's an experience I want to have before I die.

I agree with Rafael. One part that I think would be truly amazing to experience in virtual reality (especially if it were somehow anime level) would be riding on any of the 5 legendaries that you can ride on between Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Same as riding on legendaries in Pokémon Ranger Guardian Signs. Another moment, outside of Pokémon, would be some of the boss fights in the Rune Factory series. I mean, fighting a dragon god in their lair? That would be amazing.

Oh man, the finale of Fire Emblem Awakening and Fates: Revelation would be absolutely gorgeous, and somewhat horrifying through VR. Both games had epic finales that are unmatched throughout Nintendo games, the settings are brilliant, have the potential to be gorgeous and breathtaking, and would be my first choice. I'd also have to agree with you on the Xenoblade Chronicles, as the environments are already nice, they could be even better with VR. Man, I just can't wait for VR to be fully developed, it'll be great.

Of course, having a Pokémon VR would be awesome!
Other than that, having an Ace Attorney VR would be epic... Imagine examining the pieces of evidence, then slamming the desk yourself while shouting Objection! Wouldn't that be the coolest thing ever? :D

This. Xenoblade was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this thread. Xenoblade has always had amazing environments. I'd love to see the beauty of Satorl Marsh at night or Noctillum in real life. VR is the closest we're gonna get for now. Ahhhhhhh it would be so great.
