Water, agua, H2O, liquid ice, whatever you call it, we all need it. How much water do you drink? A lot or a little? Yes I drink lots of water, especially when it’s hot. On school days, I usually refill my 24 oz/0.75L (whichever unit floats your boat) cup once or twice a day. I’m a little lax on weekends, but I still drink some water. It’s like the kids in our band say- hydrate before you die-drate.
I think I go through about a gallon or so a day. My water bottle is always nearby, and always filled. My time working at Yellowstone two years ago really solidified this as a habit, though I first started developing it at culinary school.
I don't drink much water because I hate the taste of it. I'll only ever drink it if it's chilled, or in ice form. Ice is good.
I drink about 1.5 liters a day, the recommended amount. I usually drink carbonated water, fizzy water, sparkling water, whatever you wanna call it. Is really mainly so I don't drink a lot of soda but it works, I drink less unhealthy stuff and get the fluid I need.
I don't keep track of how much water I drink, but its definitely a lot. I feel like I usually end up having to refill my water-bottle a couple times per day, though I don't remember how much said water-bottle actually holds.
When I lived in Arizona, I was drinking in the ballpark of 150 ounces of water a day, due to how much I lost simply from being outside. Nowadays, I maybe drink a third of that. I enjoy water a lot, it is probably my favorite drink to drink casually. However, I prefer soda, lemonade, chocolate milk, etc. if I'm eating a meal.
When I look at it, probably about 6-8 glasses a day? Which is think is the right amount. I've only ever been dehydrated when I've had stomach issues.
Hmm well actually, I don't seem to need much water. I drink basically none on the weekends and maybe I have a couple of gulps from the school taps but...that's about it. My parents used to worry saying I need to drink more water, well they still say that but they're not as worried now since my lack of drinking water doesn't seem to effect me. Jeez, Iron deficiencies are the more prominent issue for me. I'm sure my lack of drinking water will bite me in the butt one day though.
I only ever drink water and ice water is my favorite drink. That being said, I don't drink that much water. I don't keep track, but I usually only drink water during meals (granted I usually chug several glasses during said meals).
I’ve never drank very much water. It takes a lot to make me thirsty and the thought is always in the back of my mind. The only time I do drink enough water is when I exercise. Otherwise, I rarely have more than four cups a day.
Well, that's difficult to say. On some days, I drink around 4 litres of water, on other days I can't even manage 1 litre. I honestly don't know why, and I don't care about that so much, as I've never had health problems concerning this issue.
Water is all I drink, and I'm pretty sure I drink enough of it in a day...not sure how many glasses though, because I don't keep track. I usually have a glass in my room and just refill it whenever I finish it. I've been dehydrated in the summer before, but I'm just not used to hot (i.e. about 24C) weather so it's none too surprising.
Come on, I love water! Even the bestest drinks cold drink, beer, wine, whatever, can't match up to the level of water! (Ok, perhaps that was weird..) I drink lots of water! It's summer, too much summer here, so at least drinking 30 cups of water a day is normal for me. I actually think I drink more.
I drink what the WHO suggests(around 2500 mL per day) Of course, way too many in summer(preventing heat stroke happens on me) and Not too many in winter(Where I live is dry af)
Are you "that guy" who carries around an entire gosh-darn gallon jug of water, causing people to groan at you as if you've committed some kind of grave sin by daring to carry more than a quart of water on your person at a given time? Because I sure am that guy, since I don't care about people complaining about how well-hydrated I am.
Haha! Hardly, just a pint-sized thermos (I cannot drink water that is lukewarm, unless I've no choice in the matter). I just refill it a lot.
marching band camp has conditioned me to have an obsessive love with water, its all i will ever drink (apart from apple juice) water is just SO GOOD some days i'll have less water and on other days my main activity of the day is drinking water but im probably pretty average most the time
I'm with @Skittle Marching band has ingrained my mind that water is something that you need to drink very regularly but that's not to say that it is the only thing that I've been drinking. I often drink half of a bottle of a soda and only if it has been freezing in the freezer for about an hour or two, depending on how patient I am on seeing ice form in it.
Nope. I drink a lot at home, and always bring550mL of water to school which I always finish before the school ends
