Have you ever thought about this before? What if the weather, such as Sandstorms and Blizzards changed your moves? For example, when you use a Water Gun in a blizzard, it will change in to Ice Beam. And Surf could turn in to Muddy Water during a Sandstorm. What is your opinion on this? Do you have any other ideas to suggest?

Well, Fire-type moves get weakened when it's raining already. Then we have Secret Power, though that is determined by enviroment and not by weather effects.

Moves actually changing in the weather would be a cool idea, even if there were a few specific moves that got extra boosts from it, such as Flash Cannon being more powerful in the sun for example. Things that don't necessarily have anything to do with types, but the description of the attacks themselves. Make weather effects change some more things.

Flash Cannon is a Steel-move. If anything, Flash Cannon should have a chance to have it's damage cut in half if it's raining due to rust. :D

I know its a Steel move, my reasoning would be that since it's about a high-glare flash, the sun would make it glare that much more and be more effective. Although I do like the idea of rain effecting it as well.

That would be really interesting. Maybe it was sunny Scald could have like a 90% chance of burn which would help and hurt the move. Lower power due to sun but at the same time it could have an increased chance of burning.

It's a cool idea, and it would make you think a lot more about what Pokémon your using with what moves.

This would be so sick in the games! :D Just imagine using those moves and then you get a different outcome from what you're used to! I would really love to have this in the games. :3

That's a fantastic idea. Maybe Rock Throw could become Mud Bomb in the rain? I think most Steel type moves should have a chance of burning in the sun. Water type moves, a chance of freezing in a blizzard? Yeah, I don't have many new ones, but, you know.

That would be so cool, and it would give me a better reason to use weather moves
