Guys, Azalea put out the new cry and you're good to go. A reminder though that is VERY IMPORTANT. It is more important to get people discussing than having just 2-3 folk discussing this event. Sounds like it! 5 Sounds like a squeak, so I think it is some sort of rodent Pokémon. Thoughts? Edit: I believe it is Pachirisu.
yeah i was really concerned for a bit. if it helps, i can post hints in the main thread; what's more important is the discussion rather than winning the event itself (although you'd still want to do that)

We still have 8 cries left to knock out, so I'm thinking with around 40 members, we can have a 4-5 people working on a single cry each; with that many ears, we are very unlikely to miss anything! Let me know what cry you'd like to work on! You can probably comb through each individual gen, and if nothing sounds similar, be sure to report back so we can scratch that gen off the list! Because I'm your captain, and because I'm crazy and don't need sleep, I'm gonna be doing a run through of cries 1-5 atm. I'll report back if I find anything!

Scuse me, I think this flew over everyone's heads, I already guessed 5, and Firespartan said all our guesses so far were right. So, please scroll back a bit and look :/ I think it's patcharisu. The video is earlier. Joltik and Fomantis have the *low squeak high squeak* but the noise has *low squeak high squeak low squeak* which patcharisu has as well, and it seems to fit pretty well.

It's honestly quite hard to tell due to how short this cry is X_X. I honestly don't think it's Pachirisu though. I downloaded all the cries we've guessed so far and compared the lengths: Spoiler: Comparisons From top to bottom: #5, Pachirisu, Fomantis, Joltik Pachirisu's cry is about 30% longer than #5, while Fomantis and Joltik could easily fit in with a bit of distortion added.
