I can't think of any negatively weird cries off the top of my head... But, Toxicroak's little giggle is creepy and I love it~
I dunno if anyone'll agree with me but I always found Totodile's cry to be odd to me, but only for the deep 'aaah' sound in the cry, or at least what sounds like how I'm describing it.
Tympole's one is irritating as hell and gave me a headache when I played Gen 5 with headphones. Terrible. My favorite weird cry is Gastrodon, favorite of all time, it's great. oooooooorrhhmm shlick shlick shlick. Highly amusing :^)
What is up with geodude's cry, it sounds so off to me for a rock. Also Vespiqueen always throws me off, I expect a beautiful cry of this rare queen bee Pokémon but instead it sounds like a dying bug.
One weird thing is that they re-used some cries in the first generations, maybe the first two, and changed minor things like tempo. Since no one has said it yet, I guess I'll be the one to do it. DELELELELELEWHOOOOOOOOOOP (I am not sorry) Gotta love Kricketune. There's also Froslass. It's really unsettling if you think about it, and to be honest, pretty fitting, but still weird.
My GF gets angry when i use Gastrodon , she always hears a baby crying along with all squishy noises and thats kinda concerning ... i hear it too and laugh... and thats just wrong.
I was gonna say Kricketune, but a runner up is Hippowdon, it sounds like its beating sand at the end?
I really love Sigilyph's weird cry, with deep, ominous rumbling and chirpy birdsong happening at the same time, almost giving the impression that two "voices" are calling at once. It really fits for a Pokémon that kind-of resembles a bird...but probably isn't anywhere near being one. And seconded on Gastrodon's cry: it's so wonderfully moist and squishy...
I think we all pretty much agree that Gastrodon's cry is kinda gross. UWAAAH slurp slurp slurp Saw this a while back and it made me laugh a little. Why Pololo? If anything, Audino's cry sounds more like 'peep-peep-pii'
Drowzee's cry always amused me. It sounds like some sort of beat. Same with Drifblim, its cry always sounded hella funky. Regarding ones I disliked... Gumshoos' just sounds super unpleasant to me.

I'm kinda surprised no one mentioned Stunfisk's cry. Like what is that cry even? It's weird but oddly hilarious to me at the same time.
Charjabug's cry always gets me to giggle. It's a literal bus and I love the 'beep beep!' at the end of its cry! As for other Pokémon, Spiritomb's cry sounds so menacing and awesome, along with a Pokémon that has been discussed before, Froslass. A lot of Ghost Types have really good cries that reflect their ominous traits. May be a bit favorite Pokémon biased here, but Gallade has a cool cry as well. You can hear the sharp swordlike sound and that is pretty threatening and awesome.
