How do you sleep? Do you have any weird habits? I sleep crosswise to the bed (unless it's a bunkbed b/c heck no). I found up from my ex-roommate that I sleeptalk. Heck, I've had moments when I probably was going to sleepwalk. She's told me I once lifted my legs up in my sleep and she was like ??? I'm also very much a lay-on-my back and sleep kind of person. I don't understand stomach sleepers.
I can sleep in pretty much any position, but I always rollover clockwise and I have to think in order to rollover counterclockwise. Then there was the time that I slept with my legs in Indian style and in the air. There was even a point where my mother finds watching me sleep entertaining.
I'm a stomach sleeper. I end up being sore if I try to sleep any other way and having my face on the pillow is comfy. I get this thing called exploding head syndrome, where sometimes before falling asleep, I'll think I hear a loud noise, like an explosion or something. Sometimes it sounds like voices and it's creepy. Speaking of sleep, I should go do that thing.
I don't even know how this works, but sometimes when I sleep I flip my blanket over. I have a blanket that is purple on one side, and patterned on the other. I sleep with the patterned side up, and sometimes when I wake up I find that the pattern side is down. The weirdest instance by far though has to be when I slept with another blanket underneath this one. I woke up with the pattern side of the top blanket facing down, which happens sometimes, but my bottom blanket was same as it usually is. So in my sleep I flipped one of my blankets upside down, and left the other one completely left alone. It was weird.
Įa rōtātes and rōtātes and rōtātes and rōtātes... sometīmes ēven hittińg the pēople Ī slēēp with~ And Įa laughs in my slēēp. Xaxaxa, that's crēēpy, da~
I sleep on my side and constantly rotate by 180˚. This is because I need to let my brain recalculate my position.
I sleep on my stomach, with my head turned to my left. Always my left. I've been told that I snore on occasion, but it's rather inconsistent and not often. Also, in the winter or just whenever I have a lot of blankets on I sometimes wake up with the lower blankets no longer on. Apparently I kick them off when I'm asleep if I get to warm, though I'm not really sure how I do that to just the lower blankets without effecting the upper ones at all.
I've been told I talk in my sleep sometimes? Also my roommate from last year said when I took naps that sometimes I'd fall asleep face down and wouldn't move for hours and she thought I was dead.
Alright, I've got two things I've done in my sleep before. Once when I was a kid, I once woke up turned around from the position I fell asleep in so that my head was at the foot of my bed. A complete 180. And then something I do now is that in my sleep, I roll onto my right arm in such a way that my entire arm falls asleep, so when I wake up it just flops around.
I don't really do anything aside from sometimes managing to get myself into weird positions once in a while.
It takes about an hour of reading before I’m tired enough to sleep. From there, I’ll lay on my side and snore all night. According to my parents, I snore so loud that it can be heard in other rooms.
