Is anyone else annoyed at the fact that the 3DS Virtual Console service is only offering 2 out of the 3 GB/GBC spinoff titles? We got TCG GB and Puzzle Challenge which is all great, but what about Pinball?
The Wii U is getting the GBA's Pinball RS soon, which pretty much completes the entire library of Pokémon spinoff titles from the Gameboy era. The only exceptions are the original GBC Pinball game that I'm talking about, and the only other GBA spinoff game: Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team.
I'm not as worried about the MD game (especially since they put GBA titles on the Wii U rather than the 3DS which isn't helping me + I don't get why they're doing this) but I DO really want the original Pinball game to join TCG GB and Puzzle Challenge on the 3DS VC.
I can't see any reason to exclude this one if the other two are there already. Unless they had some weird way of thinking that the two Pinball titles would clash and compete with each other... but that's hardly the case considering each would be offered on a different system anyway and if they released Pinball alongside the other two there would be like a 2-3 months gap between the two Pinball games.

I've never actually played Pokémon Pinball, so I don't think I'll get it when it comes out for the WiiU.

That's weird reasoning. If anything, the fact you never played it should make you MORE excited to check it out than if you did play it. I mean it's all cool and you can do whatever you want, but I honestly think both the GBC and GBA Pokémon Pinball games were really nice. I'd recommend to check them out, even if they wouldn't be "nostalgic" for you. They still have their value on their own.

Pinball RS was announced for the Wii U's Virtual Console in both Japan and Europe. I'm sure coming to the US is only a matter of time. Yet still, no word at all about the GBC Pinball.

I loved playing Pokémon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire! It was such fun and the music always was very entertaining. It could sometimes be a bit frustrating especially when the Pokéball doesn't go where you want it to.

Wait... Are you talking about the original Pokémon Pinball for Gameboy Colour? Or are you referencing Pokémon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire?

I just wish I knew where I played my cartridge so that I could play it again - even though my parents forced me to give away my GBA SP, I still have my DS lite so I can definitely play it once I find it. Or if anything I could just go to a game store and try to find a multigame cartridge with Pokémon Pinball:Ruby and Sapphire on it just for kicks. It also shouldn't be too expensive so I win! XD

But if Nintendo does announce Pokémon Pinball for 3DS then count me in on the bandwagon to purchase it!

Which version did you like to play on? Red or Blue?
I preferred playing the red section rather than the blue one.

I think I remember playing the original Pokémon Pinball once on an emulator... It was fun for a little while, but it quickly got old. I loved the RS version though!

Yeah, I quite liked Pokémon Pinball. I never played the original one(s) but I did play the RS version, and it was really quite fun! I wouldn't say it was ground breaking or anything, but it was a nice game.

I love the original Pokémon Pinball. When I have spare time, I plug that game into my GBA and play it until my fingers bleed. And, yes, I do have the actual game.

Honestly, I'm not mad. Pokémon Pinball kinda...sucks. It is a really bland, boring game in my opinion. I have never liked games like it so maybe that is why I feel this way, but still.

I thought Pokémon Pinball was fun! It was really challenging depsite the simple concept. I fell in love with the spinoff though. I really would love to see a remake of the game. It was fun to "capture" them all via pinball!

Pinball R/S was the best in my opinion. I wasn't as good as I thought I was, but I wasted hours, beyond hours on that game.
I guess I'm kind of good at pinball now~

I might tick people off, but I personally do not think they are very good pinball games. Yes, they're flashy, but the physics seem off. A good pinball game allows you to take the ball where you need to go with the right timing, But with Pokémon Pinball, the ball always seemed to go in random directions, turning it into more of a luck based game than a skill based game.
