What happened to Ash in the Anime?

Guys, listen up to me if you actually watch the anime. What do you think happened to Ash that he is 10 forever?
1. He saw Ho-oh the legendary and got his wish of being with Pikachu forever. Then how come his companions and Team Rocket never ages? Were they the part of the deal? Probably not, but it's a possibility.
2. Ash is in a coma from when he got electrocuted in the first generation. So all the nurses and the police officers look the same. It's explainable in his 10-year old brain.
3. If you pay attention into every movie, there is at least one scene where there is a mother and a daughter in all the movies. This is explainable as Pokémon is just a story a mother makes up for her daughter as a bed time story.
