    Once again, you haven't explained what you mean by "just like Mortal Kombat".

    If you mean in terms of gameplay then no, Pokkén is specifically based off of the Tekken series (hence the name) and made by the team that makes those games. In order for a theoretical Mortal Kombat-like Pokémon game to happen then The Pokémon Company would have to partner with MK's development studio to make the game, so it wouldn't be a Pokkén sequel. If you mean over-the-top gore, then there is a roughly 0% chance (rounding up) that would happen.

    Pokémon is a kid-friendly franchise and while they do occasionally dip out of that market for things like The Electric Tale of Pikachu, ReBurst or even the Detective Pikachu movie, they would never do anything even remotely close to Mortal Kombat.
