What is one trope in the pokemon games that you wish to see removed?

For me this would have to be trainers with more than 2 full restores.

I played a rom hack where every trainer past the 4th gym had 8 full restores and I found it insanely annoying.

I would give however an exception to the champion but no more than 3-4 for them.
