What is your favorite genre?

I don't know if it is a genre, but I love Vocaloids, especially Rin and Len~ Japan Ftw

 

I'm a big fan of 80/90s Japanese Pop and Disco! Future Funk and Jazz are also great! - w - Toki Asako's my favourite music artist!

 

I'm in love with Alternative, Rock, and R&B music

 

I like some indie music, pop, rock, my tastes are kinda... All over the place though.

 

I like all genres of music except hard metal. Classical, jazz, pop, rock, j-pop/rock, country, dubstep, EDM... You name it. I'd gladly listen to most anything.

 

As far as my favorite genre.... Probably Hard Rock.

 

Metal in general i love it

 

classic, rock, metal, heavy metal, symphonic metal, alternative, electronic, folk, Japanese music (guess they could fit in a genre on it's own) and soundtracks.
might like some pop but generally not.

 

Instrumental, I guess...

 

Piano, Soft-Rap, Hardcore Rap, Electronica, Alternative, Techno, Techno Rock, EDM, 80s, and pieces from all different genres except country.
I do not like country.

According to my the music on my phone, my favourite genres are Alternative, Rock and Pop

 

My favorite genre are dubstep, techno and rock/metal music. Some people are surprised to hear my favorite genre.

 

I like so many kinds of music that I don't even remember them all xD A few of the best ones would be Blues, Jazz, and Rap.

 

I can appreciate a lot of different kinds of music. I'm into everything but pop music really. I probably listen to 60/70's rock and rap more than anything. As far as rap I mostly listen to older stuff like 90's rap and the few 2000's era rappers that are worth listening to. I used to be huge into the Grateful Dead but I dont't listen to them too too much anymore. I like alternative stuff too, I'm into RHCP and Weezer and that kind of stuff.

 

I really, really like background music, though I don't think that counts as a genre since it can combine various genres XD 'Course, the types of background music I like most are rock, classical, jazz, Gregorian, and Celtic. (Celtic rock in particular is amazinggggg.) Techno and non-BGM classic rock are cool, too~

 

I love Video Game OSTs, so whatever category that falls into.

Also, Alternative Rock is another one of my favs. For those of you who don't know what Alt Rock is, think of Muse, Metric, Foster the People, Paramore, etc.

 

Hard Rock, Metal (all sub-genres), Soundtrack/Trailer music

 

Pretty much any Video Game OST, & Anime OST (If they count)

However, I mainly like Drum n Bass & Electronica. Most preferably Pendulum & Knife Party.
