What is your favorite sleeping position?

On either my left or right side. I sometimes sleep on my back every once in a while but I don't like this position as much. Why? It sometimes feels as if I can't lift up my head I always had that fear when I was a kid whenever I was in this position. Due to this I always try to avoid it as much as possible. Laying on my stomach is worse. I used to have stomach issues back in as in getting it checked out and all that fun stuff. My stomach = sensitive so laying on my stomach is a no go.

 

I like to lay my head to the left of my pillow facing inwards against another fluffy pillow I have on the other end of my bed. That way I can block out a lot of the sound and my fan can eventually lead me into a daze and I fall asleep. Sometimes when I'm really tired I just fall asleep faced up on my bed and slightly tilt my head back into my center pillow and just go to sleep like that.

 

I sleep either on my left or right side. Depending on the side, I'll either be hugging my fox plush and body pillow or just my plush. I find that I prefer one side to the other, though that's mostly due to last year where I found myself constantly sleeping on one side. Have one-three blankets on top of me, sometimes put my leg over all of them or just one-two blankets. Then I have a bedrest sort of thing that I lay my pillow on and sleep up against as it makes me feel comfier.

 

I love sleeping on my stomach, but I had to stop for the most part because it was apparently really bad for my jaw. :c (I have lots of jaw issues...)

So now I just sleep on my side. I can only fall asleep on my back if I'm super super relaxed - like, the only time I remember falling asleep on my back was in a yoga class. haha

Now if I can't sleep, I sometimes resort to my stomach, even if it'll hurt in the morning. u w u

 

I sleep on my side. If I try to sleep any other way it isn't happening. I can't sleep in any other position.

I sleep on my side; I could never get used to sleeping on my back or my stomach.

 

Sleeping on my side is the best way for me along with a comfy blanket to rest on.

 

I don't really have one, if I'm tired, I'll sleep no matter what position I'm in xD I tend to sleep on my side though.

 

I have a tenancy of sleeping on my side, but I tend to twist and turn a lot.

For those who want a bit of random facts concerning sleeping positions, here's a bit of info I managed to dredge up. Please take it with a grain of salt, naturally...

 

I like to lay down either on my stomach or curled up on my side but I almost always end up waking up on my right side somehow. It's weird.

 

I seriously just roll around until I fall asleep. I have had sleeping problems my entire life, and falling asleep is actually a legit challenge for me, every single night again. I don't have a favorite sleeping position; if I manage to fall asleep, that's enough for me.

I sleep on my back. The reason being is that I tend to have insomnia, and sometimes I'm just sitting on my bed when I suddenly fall backwards and pass out from exhaustion XD

 

I just lie on my back and sometimes on my side. I'm not too consistent with it, so I don't really have a favorite.

 

I don't really have a favorite position, usually I move about a lot before I sleep, because I'm never comfortable being still in the same position for too long.
