    Exactly what the title says. What are your Top 10 Pokémon? Or perhaps your Top 5 or Top 20? Feel free to explain why! Here is mine.

    10. Arcanine
    [3D='059']
    A classic that is decent at battling and has a decent design. The reason it's so low is there's just something missing about it.

    9. Gliscor
    [3D='472']
    This is in my opinion the cutest Pokémon, thanks to the anime. It is also great at battling, but suffers from a bad Ice type weakness.

    8. Manectric
    [3D='310']
    After being my go-to Pokémon in every RSE/ORAS run, this thing has grown on me. Plus it has makes a cool cry.

    7. Honchkrow
    [3D='430']
    The idea of a mafia boss crow is brilliant. It also has sentimental value to me, as I used to have one and use it a lot. It's now lost, though.

    6. Flygon
    [3D='330']
    It has a nice design and Shiny forme, and is pretty good for a jack-of-all-trades. There are much better Dragon Pokémon than this one, but after using six different Flygons, I can't be bothered to use another Dragon.

    5. Hawlucha
    [3D='701']
    I love birds and the Fighting type is my favourite type. Combine those two and you get Hawlucha. While it's bad at battling, it has a rad design and Shiny form.

    4. Empoleon
    [3D='395']
    Not only the idea of a gentlemanly penguin is clever, but this is another Pokémon that has sentimental value to me. While DPPt is not the first games I've played, it still brings memories of an Empoleon I would always keep in my party. It's boxed in my X file.

    3. Latios
    [3D='381']
    This Pokémon has the most sentimental value to me. It has been one of my favourites for 7+ years. I've never used one in battle, but what I love most about it is its design and the movie it stars in (not in the Enlgish dub, though). I still tear up when it dies at the end. Plus, Latias is also great.

    2. Mienshao
    [3D='620']
    It has one of the best designs in the series, it's fantastic at battling and it helped me remind why I loved Pokémon in the first place.

    1. Sawk
    [3D='539']
    It has a fantastic design as well as being pretty decent at battling, but what I like more about it than Mienshao is that it does many things rather uniquely, from how it wears clothing to how it's based on an Oni. Those little things make Sawk a very memorable Pokémon. Same goes for Throh.

    Hmm I don't really have a particular order of my favorite Pokémon but I do like a bunch of them (based on my knowledge)

    1. Poochenya/ Mightyena, because it reminds me of my doggie Samantha! But seriously in the ORAS games I think they done a good job with this, adding a newer touch with the biting, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, you know, the fun ones. Plus they are still cuuuuuute.

    2. Purugly, omg Nintendo did a wonderful job at created a stereotype, fat cat thing. Glameow looked decent to me, but DAMN, what did you doooo?

    3. Reuniclous, when I started X and Y it was one of the main Pokémon I got and wanted to finish out with. Honestly one of my favorite Pokémon from just raising it from its first form, Solosis.

    4. Talonflame, I don't think I need to explain why <3

    5. Florges, I know its a weak fairy type but it was the first one I was introduced to, its honestly has a wonderful design, plus I love flowers <3

    6. Aromatisse, its a big ball of fluffy! And I love big things that are fluffy. Plus I think Aromatisse as one heck of a design with those eye lashes, very beautiful.

    10. Butterfree: This is a new favorite after I sweeped my buddy's team with one in Black and White

    9. Charizard: He was my original favorite when I was four years of age. He still is in the top ten out of nostalgia.

    8. Garchomp: LAND SHARK!... enough said.

    7. Wailord: Huge body. tiny eyes

    6. Mightyena: It reminds me of my dog that i grew up with. Just change the color to pure white and you have my dog.

    5. Mantine: I like mantine's voice in the game and in the anime.

    4. Lapras: I want to ride one.

    3. Aurorus: It reminds me of my favorite kind of dinosaur. Amargosaurus.

    2. Swampert: After I raised one in Emerald, I decided that i would never choose Fire type starters for my first play through of a Pokémon game ever again.

    1. Rapidash: My love for horses surpasses everything else.

    10. Accelgor: I really like creative evolution method Pokémon. Accelgor is one of them. Plus it's like the first bug type I ever entered in the Hall of Fame.
    9. Houndoom: I like dogs, I have like three. That is all
    8. Torterra: My favorite starter and my favorite grass type.
    7. Duskull: I like creepy Pokémon as the rest of this list will reflect
    6. Haunter: I like the entire Gengar Line but Haunter looks the coolest
    5. Bronzong: Just such a lovely concept plus bells are cool
    4. Ninetails: So prewwty <3
    3. Sawsbuck: I grew up around animals and deer some how are close to my heart.
    2. Druddigon: My favorite Dragon type. I just love the Euro-dragon design to it.
    1. Cubone: Obvious

    .10 Magnezone
    [3D=magnezone]
    Now, don't get me wrong, Magnezone is really cool and all, but that's not the reason why it's on this list. Magnezone is the favorite Pokémon of a good friend of me, and everytime he talks about it, I started liking the Pokémon a bit more as well. So now it's hanging here, on the edge of this list. Good job Magnezone XD

    .9 Serperior
    [3D=serperior]
    Serperior is definitely my favorite starter. Its design really appeals to me, and it stands way above the other Unova starters. I choose Snivy every time I play Black/White (2), and I never regret it. It might not be the strongest starter, nor does it have the best movepool, but it still is one of my personal favorites.

    .8 Ninetales
    [3D=ninetales]
    The myths about the legendary Kitsune are among the most popular ones in Japan, so I found out about it fairly quickly, once when I was doing a bit of research about worldwide myths and legends. The nine-tailed fox is so interesting, especially to someone like me, who has always loved mythical stories. That, and Ninetales' role in the original Mystery Dungeon games, is the reason why I love the mysterious fox that much :)

    .7 Froslass
    [3D=froslass]
    Why do I like Froslass that much? I honestly don't remember that much anymore... A Froslass was one of the main characters in my fanfiction story "Destiny", but that's about it. Sometimes, you just have that one Pokémon that you like for no reason, and for me that Pokémon is Froslass.

    6. Roserade
    [3D=roserade]
    I never really liked Roserade all that much, until recently. It started with my old fanfiction, "Destiny", where a Roserade was one of the main characters. Writing about it constantly automatically made me like it a bit more. Then later, I decided to try one in competitive, and it never ceased to amaze me. Roserade has helped me win quite a few battles, and that's why its on my list of favorite Pokémon!

    .5 Zoroark
    [3D=zoroark]
    Guys, just look at Zoroark, and then tell me that that thing does not look epic. Zoroark is just so cool, and its ability to disguise itself as anything else is really badass as well. If I were a Pokémon, I would probably be a Zoroark. At least, that's what I wish I could be. That Illusion ability would be pretty neat in real life too though, don't get me wrong :D

    .4 Mawile
    [3D=mawile]
    I loved Mawile even before it received a Mega Evolution in X&Y, but said Mega really made it shoot up in my list of favorites. I love the story behind Mawile's design, a Japanese legend about a two-mouthed woman, you should read it when you have time for it, it's really interesting. I always imagined an evolution for Mawile to have two gigantic jaws instead of one, and that's exactly what happened in X&Y. Honestly, Mega Mawile just looks like a much better version of the design that I already made once, and that's really epic :)

    .3 Absol
    [3D=absol]
    Absol is in my opinion the most misunderstood Pokémon of all. Many people believe that Absol is the cause of natural disasters, as he always appears right before them, but it's quite the contrary. Absol appears to warn the people for said disasters, but in return he always get blamed. That's really sad, and also the reason why I love it so much. Its Mega Evolution gives Absol angel-like wings, which makes it, in my opinion, not the Disaster Pokémon, but more like the Protection Pokémon.

    .2 Milotic
    [3D=milotic]
    If only Milotic would've received a Mega Evolution in OR/AS, it might just have been my all-time favorite Pokémon. I love the majestic, beautiful Water type Pokémon a lot, both in casual and competitive play! It's shiny form is pretty cool as well, and I wish I were able to breed one .-. Oh well, normal Milotic is already amazing enough :)

    .1 Gardevoir and Gallade
    [3D=gardevoir] [3D=gallade]
    I have always loved this duo, from the very beginning. They are both part Psychic type, by far my favorite, and their human-like appearance has always appealed to me. Mega Gardevoir was in my opinion a bit disappointing, but Mega Gallade certainly made up for that! I love Mega Gallade, with his super huge blade-arms and his double cape. I honestly can't choose either of them above the other, and that's why I have them both on my #1 slot.

    1. [IMG]Vulpix - Were you surprised by this? Really? If you knew me at all, this would come as no surprise to you whatsoever. :P
    2. [IMG]Absol - I've always liked Absol. It's just... It's really adorable in my opinion. Plus, the Mega form is simply fabulous! :3
    3. [IMG]Charizard - Call me stereotypical Pokémon fan if you will, but I've always like Charizard. I mean, it's a dragon! And dragons are the certified rule of cool. B)
    4. [IMG]Latias - I absolutely love Latias. It's just adorable and it's awesome. Not much more to say. :)
    5. [IMG]Lucario - I've always liked Lucario since I saw him in SSBB and then realized it was a Pokémon. He's sure stood the test of time quite well. :D
    6. [IMG]Flygon - I hate Trapinch. I hate Vibrava. Flygon? One of my favourites. I guess that's just how it works, huh? :P
    7. [IMG]Reshiram - Ironic, perhaps, since Gen. V is my least favourite generation of them all. Once I saw Reshiram? "Wow. That thing is cool". And that's that. :P
    8. [IMG]Mew - It's adorable and it's adorable and oh my gosh. *_*
    9. [IMG]Glaceon - Glaceon's adorable in my opinion. That's all. :3
    10. [IMG]Yveltal - At first I didn't really like Yveltal... But after a while, it really grew on me. And now I really like it. What can I say? :)

    Ice Stone ★★★★Lucarionite ★★★★Dawn Stone ★★★★Decidium Z ★★★★★Galladite ★★★★
    10. Sharpedo was the first Pokémon I saw apart from Pikachu and another on this list. I didnt know its name so I just called it the Blue Shark thing.

    9. Mudkip was the first Pokémon I picked as a starter in my first game, Emerald. Oddly, I didnt pick it in any of my ORAS playthroughs!

    8. Oshawott is just the cutest starter. 'Nuff said

    7. Xerneas is really good both in design and in battle. I have swept many a team with one

    6. Scrafty always looked weird to me, but other people tell me I'm weird, so I sympathise with it. I also really like its usefulness in battle!

    5. Reshiram's design is really elegant. I got upset when I got "White Version" and found out that Zekrom was the covermon. I have a copy of Black now, so its all good

    4. Meloetta is an interesting Pokémon, having a singing and dancing form. I can't do either, but I still like Meloetta!

    3. Skitty was the other first Pokémon I saw. I lost the tail of the Skitty charm I had, and got so used to it not having one that when I found one in game, I thought it was glitched because it had a tail

    2. Dedenne is just really cute. And its shiny looks like chocolate. If youve read my RP, you'll know how much I like chocolate.

    1. Lucario is my obvious choice for 1st place. I love its design, colour scheme, typing, battle strategies, appearances in other media, Mega Evolution, overpoweredness in Smash and THE FACT THAT IT EATS CHOCOLATE IN THE ANIME OMG CHOCOLATE!!!

    Not counting Pokémon from the same family, here are my top 10 personal favorites:

    10: [3D='kabutops']
    It may appear scrawny, and may have that x4 weakness, but Kabutops with that semi-skeletal build, and scythe wielding hands, in my opinion, makes it look like a total badass! I love this Pokémon.

    9: [3D='snivy']
    I'm already a huge fan of reptiles, and when Snivy was revealed, I thought its design was just perfect, and it is my overall favorite Grass type.

    8: [3D='electrode']
    I like it not only because I'm a huge fan of Electric types, but because its gimmick is just awesome. I hate how Foongus kind of ripped it off. Voltorb/Electrode is the original Poké Ball decoy, darn it! Electrode also has one of my favorite shinies.

    7: [3D='dragonite']
    Because it's like Charizard in actual Dragon form! (that's what a lot of us 90's kids thought back then). In addition, Dragonite is just a pure powerhouse and has always been a pseudo to be reckoned with.

    6: [3D='totodile']
    Man, I just loved Totodile's character int he anime, and he was a damn good Mon to have on your G/S/C adventure. Rage was just so OP! Best water type, and one of the best starters ever.

    5: [3D='jolteon']
    Again, I can't get enough of Electric types, especially Gen I Electric types. I love Jolteon for both its badass design that somewhat resembles a lion (but not really), and its sheer power & speed! I used it all the time int he Stadium games. In terms of both power and speed combo, it had every Mon beat, except Mewtwo, of course.

    4: [3D='charizard']
    Come on, who didn't see this coming? Charizard is classic in every way imaginable. It's that dragon that actually isn't a dragon! Its pre-pre-evolved form, Charmander, is my favorite starter of all-time, and the whole Char family arguably has the best design of any other Pokémon family. I love it for that, and it's love to hate & hate to love character in the anime.

    3: [3D='mewtwo']
    The original & most powerful Pokémon of them all! Mewtwo has an awesome humanoid design, an awesome character in the movie, and is quite literally (kind of) a machine that will tear through anything that's in his path!

    2: [3D='zapdos']
    Where do I begin? Yes, another Electric type. I love them just as much as I do Psychic types. Zapdos has one of the meanest looks of a Pokémon, and much like Jolteon, was great to use int he Stadium games. Its second typing (Flying) meant you weren't totally screwed against Ground types!

    1: [3D='alakazam']
    The entire Abra line, I love. When it evolves into Kadabra and thereon, I love its personality and intellectual capabilities. An IQ of 5000 could never be outmatched! In the anime, it was classic when it gave Pikachu a run for its money. Manhandling by just looking at it? Freakin' epic. There was no way Ash would've legitimately beaten Sabrina if it weren't for Haunter's circus humor. As for Kazam, I love him most out of three, because why? Firstly, not one, but TWO spoons! Kadabra already looked complete, but Game Freak managed to outperform themselves. Also, the stache. In addition, Sabrina just so happens to be my favorite gym leader of all-time, and her main Pokémon (in the games) is an Alakazam. It's even spectacular in the metagame. It was kind of broken, but still awesome in the first generation. Not much could stop it or the Psychic type, for that matter back in the day.

    [3D='giratina']
    Everyone likely knows my all time fave is Giratina. It has been since Platinum. I enjoyed using it (and still do on my AS)

    [3D='misdreavus']
    My fave before Giratina was introduced. Super cute Ghostie <3

    [3D='typhlosion']
    I'd forgotten how amazing it was until I got HG/SS. It's a great Pokémon and I think pretty cute.

    [3D='serperior']
    I had this thing on my original Black playthrough and it just destroyed everything. Got me through the e4 and stuff.

    [3D='blaziken']
    Very strong cute fire chicken

    [3D='goomy']
    Probably my second fave now. It's just so cute. I love Goomys.

    [3D='gourgeist']
    Trick Or Treat + A ghost move = DEATH

    [3D='gengar']
    A really good ghostie to have, and now it can mega evolve!

    [3D='greninja']
    I love it's design and how it uses it's moves. Dark pulse looks rly cool.

    [3D='ampharos']
    It can take a hit, and it's special attack is pretty good!

    10. [3D='chesnaught']
    The first time that I saw the new starters for X and Y, I knew. I absolutely knew that I had to have a Chespin. Quilladin made me stray a little bit... but I chose it anyways. The power is strong with this one. Massive defense, an amazing typing, awesome design, and its just plain cool. Spiky Shield is amazing as is just about everything about this Pokémon.
    9. [3D='exploud']
    In OR... this guy was a last minute addition to the team and he ruled. I mean, a lot. Boomburst, Overheat, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, T-bolt, you name it and this guy can learn it! He is an amazing mixed attacker and has a great design. He gets STAB Boomburst!!!!!!!!
    8. [3D='absol']
    The first time I saw this thing, I thought it was some stupid emo thing. I wanted to catch one just to name it Brony, but I didn't. I decided to have an Absol on my team temporarily in X and Y to evolve my Pancham into Pangoro... but it stuck around. It stuck around way longer than I expected it to. It has such a massive attack stat, I don't know what to do with it. It's a beautiful Pokémon with a beautiful mega form.
    7. [3D='gardevoir']
    Talk about elegant. Shiny Gardevoir is the best thing since peanut butter and so is Gardevoir in general. Gallade used to be tied here, but Gardevoir is doing much better for me currently. Mega Gardevoir has an awesome dress and their is nothing I don't absolutely love about this psychic/fairy except for the defense stat. Again, beautiful Pokémon and an amazing battler and cool shiny.
    6. [3D='lopunny']
    A year ago, if you asked me if I like Lopunny, I would have laughed and called it weak sauce. Well... I got a Buneary during a Wonderlocke and I decided to use it. STAB Return, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, and Jump Kick made for an amazing moveset. This thing was one of the best members of my team, and I will always love it.
    5. [3D='sceptile']
    My original username on Lake Valor, and on everywhere else, was UJustGotSceptiled or JudgeSceptiled. Sceptile left such an impact on me in the anime when it took down Tobias' Darkrai. I instantly thought that it was the coolest thing ever and I still love it. The design is amazing as is the mega Dragon form.
    4. [3D='aerodactyl']
    Aerodactyl is fast. I mean, really fast. Aerodactyl is so cool and it has an amazing mega form. It never missed a Rock Tomb or a Rock Slide during the whole playthrough where I had it. I love it and it loves me back. I didn't think I would love a Rock type like this... but I do.
    3. [3D='crobat']
    It is rather strange that my least favorite Pokémon grew to be one of my favorites. Crobat is a cool Pokémon, especially when it has Brave Bird and wipes out the fighting gym with no problems. Crobat is just as fast as Aerodactyl and it is amazing in just about every way.
    2. [3D='meowstic-f']
    During my wonderlocke, my starter was none other than a level 11 Espurr. I adore this thing. Like, this thing is cute and amazing. I'm talking female Meowstic. This thing is stylish and I love it to death. There is nothing I don't like about the cutie pie. It may not have the most impressive Psychic type stats, but it's number 1 in my book of psychics.
    1. [3D='altaria']
    Clouds. I like battling people with my beautiful cloud. Seriously tho, Altaria is one of the coolest Pokémon out there. It's mega form is DRAGON/FAIRY!!!!! I died when I saw that even though it was kinda predictable. Along with a great learnset, Altaria is adorable. I'm a 16-year-old guy and I've said adorable a lot... but Altaria is bulky, powerful, cute, stylish, and amazing in just about every way. Nothing, except maybe Meowstic, can beat this thing ever. It never died during my first playthrough of OR, making it the only team member to do so.
